Mark Cuban, the owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks, was experimenting with not playing the national anthem before the team’s basketball games. This omission was noticed, and the backlash spread quickly. The NBA, perhaps fearing a repeat of their “get woke go broke” summer of BLM embrace and dismal ratings, announced that the national anthem will be played by all teams. Did the NBA change its tune or just get scared?
Mark Cuban said that some fans were fearful of the national anthem, and that some felt their voices were being silenced. Has the national anthem ever silenced a voice? Why can’t the national anthem just be a sign of unity?

Mark Cuban should have his American citizenship cancelled and then Cuban, should be sent to communist China, where he can work in a Chinese factory making Nike clothes and shoes. Thank God I was not born an “airhead”!

The best way to deal with this guy is to stop buying Dallas Mavericks items and stop attending Mavericks games. This guy sees the Mavericks as a way to make money. Stop giving him your money!
Surely you can find something to do that is more productive than watching millionaires play a ball game.
Read a book, go for a walk, help out at a charity, send your season ticket money to charities, and ignore these stupidly greedy pukes who have done nothing to improve people’s lives, or their country, just their own bank accounts or those of the drug cartels.

I have to reiterate to Mark Cuban that we don’t worship the flag, or the National Anthem, although they do demand our respect. As for the National Anthem- it was written as a poem by Francis Scott Key to be published in a newspaper- NOT as the Nation Anthem – and whoever chose for the Anthem an old English drinking song tune, ( what can we say- they lost. ) I , for one, would have preferred songs like ,My Country , ’tis of Thee, America, the Beautiful, God Bless America, or several more , that would more embrace our Creator, than glorify war, to be our anthem, but America was just out of A great pandemic and a world war when in 1931 it was selected as the National Anthem, so maybe the selectors were still pretty shell-shocked . Let’s face it SSB is really a difficult song to sing, and the aforementioned songs are much easier- and it IS supposed to be sung, right? but Cuban cannot change his words about people “praying to the flag” . We have a real LIVING SPIRIT to pray to, Mark . You should meet him…

One of the things I really liked about President Trump,– He did a tremendous job showing Americans those that live in the swamp and who would be the back stabbers–the enemies of our wonderful country.
I had never heard of Cuban, until Trump was our President. First Cuban supported Trump, but then he did a complete 190 turn. Cuban is a lame brain communist and no common sense comes out of his mouth.
