Knowing biden’s documented habit of touching young children inappropriately, this cartoon would have been even more effective and truthful if it could have shown biden doing what he has been shown in numerous videos with his hand caressing areas that he has no right touching.
It may not be appropriate to show his despicable habit even in a cartoon, and that may be why it is not shown here, but it would have been truthful.
