Also remember the sheer hypocrisy they had LAST YEAR< where someone asked "WHY DO YOU rant about voter ID laws being racist, BUT YET demand ID for folk to come into the Dem convention??" NOT ONE DEM In office, answered that.
Time for public to go back to forming & supporting local & state based baseball teams.
Why do we want or need national sports teams that have priced most of us out of attending games anyway & now think they have the power & right to tell us what to think & say, what laws we can support & who & what policies we can vote for?
I’m old enough to remember the simple affordable fun of going to local team baseball, eating hot dogs & drinking a beer.
Sick of being strong-armed, extorted & publicly degraded / harassed by the multi-millionaire / billionaire Corp tyrants that run pro sports, media & tech.
AND with how ‘woke’ most professional sports are, i think a lot of folks would LOVE To have sports as being a thing to go back to loving to watch, if we did it locally.

My childhood neighbors were black, Hispanic, and anglo. We played our games in an open area at the trailer park across the street from our homes. No refs. No adult involvement. Just good clean fun and friendship all around. Yet this meager arrangement for free was far superior to the pompous pro play of today at outrageous costs.
