Supposed to be a cartoon—-Ha Ha Ha, but unfortunately it depicts reality in the White House. The World knows a Senile Old Fool sits in the Oval Office and is manipulated like a puppet.
The only change i’d make to it, would be Obama standing behind biden, sitting in the chair, with a remote control ‘controling what biden did’..
