Added TRILLIONS to the national debt are said to be “small and managable” but any cut is portrayed as the destruction of America. A “dangerously deep” cut in any budget item is actually like limiting someone weighing over 1000 pounds to “only” ten boxes of ponpons per meal.
Limit the federal government to the departments of State and Defense ONLY. Then strictly obey Article One, Section One of the Constitution which effectively prohibits ALL rules and regulations issued by the multitude of agencies, all of which must be abolished. Also, all court orders that alter a legitimate law are unconstitutional.
IF WE the people have to ‘live in our means’, SO TOO SHOULD EVERY DAMN BRANCH of the govt.. From city, to county, to state, to FEDERAL!!!
They do, DC HQ frequently cuts budget of field facilities, even to regulating how much the copy machines are used.
