I believe Pelosi holding back the report from the Senate counts as Obstruction of Congress.
Who do I call to start up impeachment proceedings on Pelosi? My solemn oath to the Constitution compels me to demand impeachment. This is a sad, sad, solemn day. With a heavy heart I regretfully insist we impeach her. Such a sad day.
It damn well SHOULD be considered, obstruction of congress. BUT i doubt the reps have the balls to go ahead with those proceedings.
I think they are going to hold on to the articles as long as they possibly can and here is why: RGB could pass at any moment, and if she does, as long as this “impeachment” process is ongoing they can prevent Trump from appointing another Judge.
There’s nothing preventing Trump from appointing a justice while the sham is going on.
Poop, iF that’s the case, then how is it NOT obstructing justice???
If we had a Justice Dept and a party WITH a Spine this would all end very quickly. Sadly however we have neither.
Especially the latter. HAD THEY HAD a spine during 2007, we;d not even HAVE HAD OBAMA for 8 years…
