ELK GROVE (CBS13) – One of the most common complaints about homeless camps is all the trash that is left behind.
The city of Elk Grove has developed a unique way to get the homeless to clean up after themselves. It’s an unusual idea: a city paying homeless people to keep their camps clean.
“As far as I know, we are the first,” said City of Elk Grove Housing and Public Services Manager Sarah Bontrager.
Homeless residents of Elk Grove can now cash in by bagging up trash — helping eliminate the eyesore that encampments often create.

Coyotes and sex traffickers brought nearly 30,000 unaccompanied minors to the border in just February and March.
Caring for them is costing taxpayers $60 million a week.

Why are American taxpayers paying to clean up a mess created by the Democrat Party? They should foot the bill themselves and a Judge should declare them guilty and fine them accordingly.

Looks to me like the city of Elk Grove is subsiding the local drug dealers by giving money to these homeless people.
More drug waste to clean up leads to more money being paid out. Capitalism at work.

I’m shocked they don’t get paid to wipe their bums after decorating the sidewalk….with what passes as progressive modern folk art.
