WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge on Monday granted a request by former President Donald Trump’s legal team to appoint a special master to review documents seized by the FBI during a search of his Florida home last month.
The decision by U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon came despite the objections of the Justice Department, which said an outside legal expert was not necessary in part because officials had already completed their review of potentially privileged documents. The judge had previously signaled her inclination to approve a special master, asking a department lawyer during arguments this month, “What is the harm?”
The appointment may slow the pace of the department’s investigation into the presence of top-secret information at Mar-a-Lago, but it is unlikely to affect any investigative decisions or the ultimate outcome of the probe.

Just what is So extraordinary in affording past Presidents the same 2nd amendment rights to protection of home invasions to search for things not listed on the warrants? How come only Presidents who are not Democrats get invaded. It is no coincidence that after Joe’s daughter’s diary which stated she became sexually addicted, mentioning having to had to take naked showers with dad as a young girl, that suddenly the FBI shows up at Trump’s house invading Baron’s and Melania’s bedrooms and Trump’s personal letters and papers in a desperate attempt to find something to leak to counter the real Biden family aberrations? There are no accidents in life, just planned corruption.
That is true. WE never saw THIS level of FBI interference during the WHOLE of clintons scandals.. SO WHY IS IT only done vs trump.

Like an attorney on Fox News stated, Trump’s attorneys should have requested a special master immediately after Trump’s compound was raided by the FBI. The Department of No Justice will appeal this to a liberal Federal Judge, in order to get this decision reversed. Plus, the way the DOJ and the FBI are the Gestapo / Stasi, these clowns will plant evidence to make Trump a criminal.
I am sure the conniving Demmunists will pull out ALL the stops to drag out the narrative about this illegal and unconstitutional raid on the home of a former President until after the midterms, and in the meantime to continue leaking DOCTORED “proof” of Pres. Trump’s guilt. This BRAZENLY partisan attack on Biden’s political opponent just proves that the DOJ and the FBI are corrupt to the CORE and have become nothing less than the GESTAPO of the conniving Demmunists, to be used to go after anybody who dares disagree with their destructive “woke” agenda for this country. There SHOULD have been a special master appointed IMMEDIATELY after this raid occurred, but even that does not guarantee any honesty or integrity in this process, as the conniving Demmunists will probably see to it that some conniving Demmunist operative is appointed as the “Special Master.”
The harm might be that “newly” discovered documents are there that even Trump did not know existed.

On fox news, they said the fbi took trumps medical and tax records. First, these Documents were not listed on what they took. Second why would the judge sign a warrant for this ?? Did the fbi and garland lie to a federal judge ??? Third why hasn’t the info about the fbi taking medical and tax records been on the liberal news. Fourth, how fast will the fbi leak trumps tax records. Oops. What does trumps medical records have to do with national security ??? Then what other stuff did they take and not disclose ??? If the Republican s retake the Senate ,they need to investigate this
They even searched Baron Trump’s room and Melania’s closet, and ALSO outright STOLE attorney/client privileged communications that they had NO BUSINESS WHATEVER even touching, much less hauling out and poring over! If they lies to the judge to get the search warrant ,then that makes the warrant illegal. Any evidence Obtained is not inadmissible in a court of law.
