OF course ‘crime stats are low’, when you REFUSE TO RECOGNIZE crime, or punish it.

I liked the cartoon someone sent yesterday, where a guy and woman were sitting on a bus, and he was exclaiming “we’ve run uot of chalk”.
To which she replies “so what grade do you teach in school”?
He responds “i am not a teacher, i am talking about all the body outlines we’ve had to do this year.”
