Dec. 19, 2023 Unelected judges (appointed by Democrats) on the Colorado Supreme Court have ruled that the Republic does NOT belong to the people. And that Donald Trump cannot be on Colorado State ballot for president in 2024, because of insurrection, even thou Donald Trump has never been even charged or convicted of insurrection. We the People are nothing more than tax paying servants to this Democrat Party.
18 U.S.C. 2383 says, “Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be….” Being convicted under this law could land you up to 10 years in federal prison.

Areas in the constitution designed to accommodate existence of enslaved Americans should be examined to analyzed impact on today’s election. If done, we’d probably out this senate vote (person to person vote not equal, how can Maryland have same total senate votes as California) issue and certainly the electoral college for presidential elections. A state is just an area of real estate. Issue about law enforcement and incarceration has hint of remnant from Jim Crow but other than that constitution a decent document. 1619 national movement began and revolution circa 1776 ish happened but people were not seen as equal resulting in this document containing a flavor reflecting this unequal pseudo element, Amendments tacked on but flavor still there.
