Then we wonder why cars are so expensive. A new SUV or full sized truck can cost $80,000 to $100,000!!
They’re shooting themselves in the foot. The higher the car prices go, the more people will look at imports. Then, not so many jobs. (Of course, then Uncle Joe will pay them not to work, which will cost the hard working tax payer even more)
It’s all good as long as there is an auto manufacturer that will offer a product for us lower- and middle-income folk whether foreign or domestic. Imagine the insurance on a 75k plus auto.
