Who needs dispassionate and impartial judges anyway?
After the muurder of Justice Scalia, the suborning by other means of Kennedy and Roberts and the outburst by Ginzberg that puts her in the company of such corrupt jurists as Roland Friesler and Andrei Vishinsky, there can be no doubt that the Supreme Court is just an organ of the Obammunist deep state, like the IRS and the FBI. Ginzberg should be impeached and any nominee of a President Clinton with any demonstrable ties to the progressive movement or the democrat party should be filibustered.
She certainly should be kicked off the bench…
At the least, her ability to make good decisions is very much in question since it is obvious that she should never have made such blatant political statements as a Supreme Court Justice. What about her judgement in important decisions as well as her bias. I think her bias has been known for years but her judgement is now very much in question and her mental capacity needs to be checked. At her age, dementia is prevalent.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg is an absolute DISGRACE as a jurist. She is a perfect example of everything you DON’T WANT. She’s extremely political, she’s a judicial activist who has no problem legislating from the bench, she probably hasn’t read the Constitution since she attended law school back in the 1800s, and she’s a drunk. It will be a great day for America when she finally achieves room temperature (which will hopefully be next year).
Isn’t she the one who said we should look at OTHER country’s Constitutions as a basis for “interpreting” our own, or some such liberal claptrap as that?
These “jurists” are appointed for LIFE on the basis that it makes them immune to political pressure. That means they are SUPPOSED to be unbiased politically in their rulings. That is CLEARLY no longer the case, and therefore they should no longer be appointed for LIFE. We need TERM LIMITS on the Supreme Court–at last that way we would not be stuck with somebody like Bader-Ginsburg for an entire generation!
And that outburst of her’s is why i feel she should have already been booted… If she is SO stupid as to think she needs to look at OTHER countries laws, to rule on whether something is constitutional By OUR laws or not, then she needs to go.
Granny G. has clearly lost whatever intelligence she might have once had that qualified her for the Bench. If she will not resign, the Senate needs to do their duty under the Law and remove her. If the Senate will not do that, we need to recall every one of them who is not up for re-election in November and vote the rest out of office. Vote in a Libertarian if they are Republican and a Republican if they are Dimwitcrat.
If they will not even TRY to remove OBAMA–whose sins against this Republic are FAR more egregious than anything this drunken old crone ever did to us–then I would not hold my breath until they do anything about HER, either!
Just think about the coming election (assuming Obama does not get that racial civil war he’s trying so hard to start and declare martial law, and we actually HAVE an election in November), what if questions about the outcome end up throwing the election to the Supreme Court to decide? How do you think little Ruthie will vote? Will she be unbiased? Hardly! Will she recuse herself in that vote? UNLIKELY, since she REFUSED to do so on the LGBT vote.
