Biden would flunk any test of cognitive ability. Why don’t Republicans insist on one like Trump had to have one to refute the accusations that he was mentally unfit? Because RINOs are just willing handmaidens to Dems and will not cross them in any way. PRIMARY OUT RINOs. It’s the only slim hope because re-electing them achieves nothing.
