While the mainstream media went out of its way – before the election – to cover up the scandals surrounding Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, CNN and other mainstream media outlets are now reporting on his questionable business dealings in China and the Ukraine, including his laptop (discovered in October) corroborating his deeds.
Robert Maginnis, a retired U.S. Army officer and now senior fellow for national security at the Family Research Council, wonders aloud if there are plans afoot.
“You’ve got this information coming out about Hunter and the Biden syndicate using influence-peddling to gain dollars – and if that is the case, then it’s quite possible that the effect in removing Mr. Biden [from office] would be something that would happen early in the administration,” he tells One News Now.
“Keep in mind,” he continues, “[House Speaker] Nancy Pelosi, months ago, started to chatter about the 25th Amendment, which means basically you can remove a president if the president is sick or doesn’t have his mental faculties.”
Maginnis says Pelosi’s discussion about the 25th Amendment may have been part of a strategy involving Biden’s running mate, Kamala Harris.
“Now that it appears – from the left’s perspective, at least – that [Joe Biden is] going to become the president that the real desire is to remove him and make Harris the president of the United States,” the FRC senior fellow offers.
“Now as far as I’m concerned, she’s a communist based on her background, [and] her relationships with people who are known communists is very problematic,” he says, adding: “She wouldn’t get a security clearance in the Army today given her associations.”
Now, about those Cabinet selections …
Last week, it was reported that Biden’s choice for secretary of defense, retired Army General Lloyd Austin, has put some Senate Democrats “in a bind.” Maginnis also has issues with that choice as well – but for a different reason.
General Austin’s experience includes leading troops in combat in Iraq and Afghanistan and overseeing U.S. military operations throughout the greater Middle East as head of Central Command. But Maginnis says Austin doesn’t have the experience to deal with who Maginnis believes is America’s number-one adversary in the world: Communist China.
“He’s never served in the Pacific – and to put someone in that chair who doesn’t understand the true existential threat posed by the Communist Chinese, I think, is a critical mistake,” he argues. “Our strategies are all focused on defeating China as it continues its nefarious activities. We have plenty of other people who understand China in detail; this man doesn’t.”
And as for Biden’s ability to confront the Communist Chinese? “Of course, I’m not sure Biden has all his senses,” says Maginnis. “I am concerned that that’s what we are dealing with here: an empty suit. But time will tell.”
More recently, Biden also announced his pick for Transportation Secretary: former South Bend (Indiana) Mayor Pete Buttigieg (pictured) – an open homosexual who was one of Biden’s opponents in the race for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination in 2020.
Biden has pledged to spend billions making major infrastructure improvements – and he wants to immediately mandate mask-wearing on airplanes and public transportation systems to slow the spread of the coronavirus. The executive director of the American Family Association of Indiana believes Buttigieg would relish the power he would wield trying to carry out Biden’s plan to mandate mask-wearing in those areas.
“Anything [Buttigieg] could do to control people – be it the mask mandate or any other type of mandate – would be something he would like because it’s just how his worldview fits with that,” says Micah Clark. “At his core, he is a far-left liberal who wants to control; that’s his idea of government power: to control people. And I’m sure our Founders would cringe at the idea of the transportation secretary forcing things on people.”
As The Associated Press points out, homosexual groups praised Biden’s decision to choose Buttigieg, calling it a “new milestone in a decades-long effort to ensure LGBTQ people are represented throughout our government.” But according to the AFA of Indiana leader, running the Department of Transportation isn’t a position from which Buttigieg might launch much of a political future.
“It isn’t exactly a position that launches you into the presidency or into a national office or to a great political following,” he explains. “It’s more of a dead-end job – it’s a bureaucratic position.”
Clark adds: “I don’t know what his experience in transportation is that makes him qualified, but I guess it’s better than being in charge of something truly dangerous in D.C.”

We often hear that “this, that or some other thing” will lead to a “Constitutional Crisis”. Well I have news for you, we have been in a constitutional crisis from the day Obama was allowed to take office because he was NOT constitutionally eligible to be president since he was NOT and is NOT a a natural born citizen, and ever since then, the constitutional crisis has been growing by the day, and we are on the verge of losing the Constitution completely. WHY? This fraudulent election should have been stopped in its tracks, but it wasn’t. Yes, President Trump and his supporters tried, but the Marxist Democrats aided by the media, Rino Republicans, and even by the courts with many of the judges and justices who were put in by Trump, blocked Trumps every move, either by ruling against him or by their total refuseal to act, so now this puts us in an awkward position, either we bow down in acceptance and silently watch as what is left of our Constitution, rights and freedoms are stripped away and shredded as our nation is turned into a socialis/marxist he_ _ hole or we rise up in total revolt (a civil war or revolution).

I have always believed, that if elected, demented Biden would not last more than a few months before being either forcefully removed from office, or being “covidcided” by the far left Democrats, which would then put the other mentally incompetent, Kamala Harris into the Oval Office, which would then give us another constitutioally ineligible fraud as president. I have been warning people, ever since the start of the 2020 presidential campaign, that Kamala was NOT constitutionally eligible because, like Obama, she is NOT a natural born citizen, but I was ignored and called a racist. Yes, Kamala is a US citizen since she was born in California, but she is not a natural born citizen because neither of her parents were citizens of the US at the time of her birth.
I said this months ago. Pollutes-it was talking the 25th and I said, “She’s not talking about Trump, but Biden.” In 2 years, if the damage isn’t too bad, we will have control back and throw these idiots out !!!

Part III:
To meet the constitutional requirement of being a natural born citizen, BOTH of the presidential candidate’s PARENTS MUST be US citizens (either born US citizens or naturalized citizens) at the time of the candidate’s birth. Kamala’s father, a citizen of Jamaica, and her mother, a citizen of India, did NOT be come naturalized until Kamala was five years old. As I see it right now, since President Trump has been stymied at every so-called legal effort to set things right, I believe his only option left is to declare martial law which would give him the power to use the military judicial system to arrest, charge and prosecute every single one of the treasonous leftists and those who aided and abetted them in their blatant attempt to over-throw our Constitutional Republic, If President Trump fails to take that step, I believe we will have one heck of a bloody revolution.
I’ve often felt, that THE 14th amendment’s Birthright citizenship clause, should have been wrote to where, BIRTH RIGHT citizenship, ONLY GOES TO those born here, where at least ONE PARENT is already a US citizen, preferably both!

Coming out??? Maginnis, the news isn’t ‘coming out,’ it’s BEEN out for three or four months. What you mean is that the news is finally being released by the Democrat-controlled American Pravda, A.K.A. the mainstream media. It’s being released because now it suits the Commucrats’ plans.

The 25th amendment is ONLY applicable, IF Biden actually becomes the President!
If ONE member of the HOUSE and ONE member of the SENATE OBJECTS to the votes of the Electoral College, then the House will select (“elect”) the President, and the Senate will select (“elect”) the Vice President. My understanding (as of mid-day, Thursday, 12/17/2020) is that there ARE members of the House and Senate ready to object, and start this alternate process!
Of interesting note: Only ONE member per state has a vote (in the House), and in 30 of our 50 states (Legislature/Governorships) are in the hands of the Republicans. Only 20 are controlled by Democrats.
And, if there Senate TIES (50-50), then Vice President Pence casts the deciding vote (presumably for himself).
SO, it’s FAR from settled that Biden will become the President (and, God forbid, Kamala Harris the V.P.)!

If it’s Pence… then he could appoint Trump VP… then step down making Trump once again President and Trump could appoint Pence VP.
