Dozens of corporate CEOs and senior leaders gathered over the weekend to plot a revolution against efforts to ensure election integrity in Texas and other states.
Essentially, they pledged to support efforts that encourage voter fraud.
Kenneth Chenault, former chief executive of American Express Co., and Kenneth Frazier, CEO of Merck & Co., urged the leaders to collectively call for greater voting access and sign a statement opposing what they view as discriminatory voting legislation, the Wall Street Journal reports.
The statement, which builds on one that 72 executives signed last month, will include signees like PepsiCo Inc., PayPal Holdings Inc., T. Rowe Price Group Inc., Hess Corp, AMC Entertainment Holdings and Estée Lauder Cos.
Following the passage of Georgia’s new voting law, CEOs of companies big and small are facing increased pressure from progressives to speak out. While many companies like Coca Cola have jumped right in on the fun, others remain skeptical.
But, if you don’t stand with the progressives, you stand alone canceled!
One executive from a Fortune 100 consumer-products company said board members, employees and vendors are pressing leaders to speak out, but doing so could put a target on the company’s back.
“It’s really a no-win situation from a corporate standpoint,” the executive said.
Ford Foundation President Darren Walker, who plans to sign the new statement, said that in his conversations with CEOs, including republican chief executives, most have said they don’t see the need for laws to tighten voter access.
“There is no more difficult job in America today than leading a public company,” Walker said. “There are so many stakeholders who have a point of view about what ought to be the priority of your company, and have views that are sometimes diametrically opposed.”

And just how many of these so called American companies do big business in China, taking marching orders from the Chinese Commuist Party? Since Biden came to office it is is clear the extent that the Chines have bought and infiltrated our American Industires, Congress and the media to the point it can no longer be hidden. When the military goes, so goes the nation. I/m beginning to feel like a Roman citizen right before the fall of the empire, sold out to foreign interests having forgotten just what made them great. Look at Great Britian who is a shell of who and what they used to be.
IF THey want to take marching orders from China, NOT THE USA.. Fine. MOVE out of the USA and hand in their citizenship when they leave.
Any company that rejects election integrity laws, or supports election fraud (same thing) should be declared as seditious, and closed, or the principals should be arrested for sedition. The integrity of the voting system in the US is of prime importance to maintain the republic. Fraud in the election system is a sure way to destroy the republic.
The “Socialist Democrat Party State” political officers, Gestapo, Woke and Cancel Culture are just getting started.
You will obey, be loyal and support the “Socialist Democrat Party State” or you will be classified as
“Enemies of the State”.
These disgraceful CEO’s bow down to the whims of a few dishonorable, traitorous Democrat stockholders.
Actually, I’m a conservative who still owns stock in some of these companies. It doesn’t make me a traitor to conservatives, but keeps me rolling in the money so I can continue to contribute to Republicans. These companies want to keep the Democrats in power, Illegal immigrants are cheap labor and they also will cow down to the labor unions to keep their jobs, the companies also want the cheap and slave labor that China provides. These corporations then invest heavily in Green New Deal to get grants, free government money to “research and develop” and just get richer. I’m doing my part to kick the Dems to the curb.
So you support the enemy?
I wouldn’t bank on continuing to roll in the money if you are invested in any of these corporations. Patriotic Americans are drawing a line in the sand with these corporations. My list of boycotted corporations grows by the day. I happily drive 2 hours to go to a more patriotic grocery store…passing dozens of corporate giants on the way. I will have to figure out where to buy electronics, since Best Buy is under boycott. Some items I can find at small patriotic businesses. Others I can do without altogether until someone builds a patriotic business of that sort. So I am working my way around the list. The list is huge but as more people get off of their buts and realize the power that they have to “cancel” wokeness, I expect a number of these businesses to go broke…perhaps all of them at various rates of decline.
IMO EVERYONE who owns stock in ANY Of those companies, should
A) DEMAND a shareholder’s meeting to FIRE THE CEO..
B) If they fail to do that, GET RID OF your stock.
Getting rid of the stock, if enough people do that, will eventually get the CEO fired.
Hence why i keep wondering, WHAT ARE the share holders of all these companies up to??
Their silence, is effectively giving APPROVAL to what these companies are doing.
“most have said they don’t see the need for laws to tighten voter access.” ABSOLUTLY NO ONE IS SUGGESTING TIGHTENING VOTER ACCESS key word “legal voter” access ALL LEGAL voters have not only a right but an obligation to participate in the process. Absolutely no one anywhere is suggesting that ANY of these people not be allowed to vote. I will point out to these corporations who wish to get involved playing games with MY VOTE, yes my vote, because when someone illegally cast a vote, it cancels MY VOTE OUT, I don’t like that. I will also point out I have a list of corporations doing this ****, they are saying to me “cheating and fraud is OK” I am saying to them I have a list and I am checking it twice, if you’re on it, MY BUSINESS GOES ELSEWHERE.
Don’t just leave them, TELL THEM WHY You’re ceasing doing business with them!
Those companies are banking the Democrats basically giving them free reign to do their business regardless of any sense of duty or patriotism (bad words in business). Joe Biden’s buy American is hollow because the global ‘American’ companies will sell here but manufactue it in China with slave labor or elsewhere. Donald Trump had a very different concept in mind and they detested it.
It’s time to “Woke” up the major corporations. Five ways:
(1) Back away from supporting them by refusing to buy their products/services
(2) Write to their Board of Directors, expressing your disdain for their involvement in political matters
(3) Stop defending them against the Dems’ corporate tax increases. Let them wallow in the mess they are making.
(4) Terminate corporate bailouts
(5) Terminate favorable tax treatment (e.g., waiving taxes if they move into your neighborhood) (e.g., look at Amazon and AOC’s district in New York).
Maybe we DO need to start taxing more heavily those extremely wealthy corporations. Maybe then, they will stop their political involvement.
And on #4 and 5, if your state legislatures SUPPORT increasing corporate bailouts, VOTE THEM THE HELL out.. RECALL them….
The black lives matter / antifa communists are pulling strings and the puppet CEO’s move like the sheep that they are. Did one see that the one founder of blm bought four homes at over 3.2 million dollars. This fraud from blm got that money from these CEO Puppets.
That’s what i laughed at the other day, when they had a news report about the housing market having LOTS OF homes selling.. WHERE IS ALL THE MONEY these folks are using to BUY those homes, coming from?
make mandatory to have ID to use any of these businesses products. See how fast they change their minds.
You already SHOULD BE required to show ID to use a credit card.. Most places just don’t enforce it
It’s harder to buy favors from politicians with integrity.
These days, it seems its impossible to FIND a politician who still HAS integrity!
If Americans are dumb enough to let the corporations speak for them, eventually the corporations will be telling them what to do.
Maybe it is time to ban all corporate political donations and to examine some of these companies for antitrust violations. We are making a mistake by allowing wealthy corporate CEOs and their boards set policy in our country. Some of these companies have become too big. We will only have to break up one or two of these massive corporations before the rest get the point that they are to stop meddling in politics.
Most of these CEOs have brought little talent or vision to their positions. They sit on each others boards so we have a wealthy ruling class that has no connection with working class people. It is time to take our democracy back. Banning corporate political donations and launching several antitrust investigations are will be a step in the right direction.
FOR year, i’ve said we need to get RID OF corporate donations to politicians, AS THAT PUTS THEM IN CHARGE of the politicians, not WE THEIR VOTERS…
