President Trump gave thousands of National Guard troops permission to stay at his Trump Hotel in Washington, D.C. after Capitol Police kicked them out of the Capitol Building.
On Thursday, 5,000 guardsmen and women brought in to protect Joe Biden’s inauguration were forced to take shelter in an underground parking garage after they were told to vacate the building.
The move garnered intense backlash after it was revealed the soldiers were forced to sleep on the ground in freezing temperatures and had just one bathroom as well as one power outlet to share.

Reports of shabby treatment of National Guard troops at the U.S. Capitol were sparking bipartisan outrage among lawmakers and other officials Thursday — with Texas Gov. Greg Abbott calling for the return home of his state’s Guard members.
Thousands of National Guard troops from several states had deployed to the U.S. Capitol to protect Wednesday’s inauguration of President Biden against threats of violence following the Jan. 6 riot.
Abbott previously objected to reports that Guard members were being “vetted” over concerns about a possible “inside” attack during the Biden inauguration.

Why are National Guardsmen still in Washington DC? Is DC to remain militarized permanently under Joe Biden? Someone needs to get to the bottom of this and send our troops home.
I raged three days ago about how disgustingly they have treated our troops in the Capitol. The Democrats again display their “Use them them Lose Them” contempt for our troops/National Guardsmen they now reveal themself to view as social “Useful Idiots” to be used, then abused. Our Texas troops are coming home and should be sent to the border, armed to the teeth, to protect the wall from coming down, and the Criminals and the COVID from coming in. Other border states should follow and do what Lad-Biden refuses to do, their Constitrutional duty to protect THE PEOPLE from invasion from without, and betrayal from within.

It’s amazing to me that National Guard was so quick to take up arms against the American People after the disrespect that Obama & Biden along with all democrats have shown them for the last 10 years. How the whole military has turned on Trump after he showed them all the respect, including the VA, that he did.

If it weren’t for social media and cameras they would still be in the garage. They weren’t put back in the capitol bldg out of respect or regret. It simply looks terrible, as it is.

Pelosi must of really gotten used to homeless using the streets as their toilets to force the national guard to urinate and unload their feces in a corner. The garage would not have given them much warmth, it falls below freezing at night. Totally disgusting, I believe Florida has also demanded their Guardsmen be released. Since then, Military.com has come out and indicated that 100 guardsmen tested positive for COVID. Perhaps our vaccinated Reps were now afraid to catch it. Or they just didn’t like the optics.
100 is only 0.004% of 25,000 guardsmen. Biden must have been Reeeealy scared.

Where are the Capital Police? The Capitol Police has grown into one of the largest, best-funded and most single-focus police departments in the country, with a budget of more than $460 million and around 2,000 sworn officers to guard just 2 square miles of the capital. So why in the hell are THEY not protections the capital? Pelosi is the one responsible for the safety of the capital and yet she DID NOT activate them prior to demonstration. She was informed that there might be a security issue, yet failed to do anything!
Hell, where’s the calls to DEFUND THAT police?
The Democrats don’t want anything to do with people that that enforce the law or the Constitution. And this is how they treat those that do.
Democrats have had distain for the military after the Johnson era which he needed in Vienam. The armed forces were decimated prior to 9/11 having to be rebuilt to counter mutiple Islamic extremists. Then they again withered under the Obama-Biden administration only to be revitalized ubder Donald Trump. Now they are beinf used as a prop in a pantomime of showing strength for the incoming administration against any who might oppose it making the Capitol look like Red Square under the aegis of Joe Stalin or Nikita Kruschev. Even then many were suspected of being disloyal and once the charade was complete they were dismissed uncerimoniously. I agree with y’all, BUT, when did it become necessary for soldiers to be put up in a hotel? Their were no hotels in Normandy, North Korea, Vietnam. Even in the mid ’70’s many a time I took shelter on the back deck of my tank with a blanket thrown over me & the grill to catch some heat off the pack (that’s the motor, for all you civilians). That was in Germany freezing weather with snowflakes the size of softballs falling. And bathroom? I remember urinating in a c-ration can, a little at a time and throwing it out the hatch. A month on manuevers with out a single shower. Of course we weren’t catering to women soldiers’ or sweety soldiers’ of today. I’m surprized one didn’t complain of breaking a nail.
There’s A BIG difference though, between what you had to put up with IN WAR TIME, and what these guardsmen and women, should have had to put up with IN PEACE TIME…
That’s the Congress’ way of “Defunding” the National Guard!

I heard from one of my gaming friends living in Ireland, that a woman there, supposedly got FIRED FROM HER JOB, cause her SON IN LAW, was a ‘trump supporter, who was part of the Jan 6 riot”.. EVEN THOUGH HE WAS a bloody cameraman there.. NOT a rioter.. Though i have not seen anything from any media source to see if it was true…
BUT IF it is, wow, sO now you are being punished just for being RELATED to a trump supporter… ERGO I can easily see any of those guardsmen, who DID take trump up on that offer, being buggered over, NOT JUST THEM but their families too.
