The Biden administration is retaliating against a recent gain for life with a plan to force abortion on every state.

With the U.S. Supreme Court allowing Texas’ new abortion ban to go into effect, Joe Biden has launched what calls a full federal government campaign to ensure that unborn babies will be killed in abortions. The so-called Women’s Health Protection Act has been submitted in both houses of Congress, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has announced members of that body will be considering it soon.

“This bill would eliminate almost every pro-life law that is in effect at the federal and state level,” Carol Tobias of the National Right to Life Committee tells American Family News. “They say it’s codifying Roe v. Wade; it will go even further.”

Roe v. Wade is the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion nationally. The Women’s Health Protection Act, if passed, would remove things like parental notice, conscience protections, and any laws that limit abortion.

Though Democrats control the House and have a slim majority in the Senate, Tobias says the bill can still be stopped.

“There may be a lot of Democrat members of Congress who are a little concerned, a little nervous, about that kind of policy,” the pro-lifer submits. “So I would encourage all your listeners and readers to contact your member of Congress, even if they’re pro-abortion Democrats. Let them know that you oppose the Women’s Health Protection Act, and you’re asking them to vote no.”

If it should become law, Tobias says it would be one of the most extreme abortion laws in the world.
