Justice Clarence Thomas wrote a forceful dissent from the Supreme Court’s decision to refuse hearing a Republican challenge of a Pennsylvania state court decision allowing ballots that were received up to three days after Election Day to be counted in November’s election.
“One wonders what the Court waits for. We failed to settle this dispute before the election, and thus provide clear rules. Now we again fail to provide clear rules for future elections. The decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling. By doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence. Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us. I respectfully dissent,” Thomas wrote on Monday.
“That decision to rewrite the rules seems to have affected too few ballots to change the outcome of any federal election. But that may not be the case in the future,” Thomas wrote.

Democrats will control the federal government for decades or more if a sweeping new proposal touted as comprehensive government reform becomes law, Tucker Carlson said on Monday.
Carlson warned of the many dangers of “H.R. 1.,” the “For The People Act,” a nearly 800-page bill sponsored by Maryland Democrat John Sarbanes of Baltimore.
“The ‘For The People Act’ is the foundation of the Democratic Party strategy to control the federal government well into your grandchildren’s middle age. Take a look at it,” the host warned.

Justice Clarence Thomas, a true Conservative, unlike John Conservative In Name Only Roberts. SCOTUS has been worthless. With regard to Tucker’s show, Tucker realizes that our Country is turning communist quickly, unlike most of the media. Tucker tells it like it is and he exposes all of the corruption.

U.S. Constitution states that handling of elections is largely left to the states,
but the Democrats’ H.R. 1 bill would essentially nationalize what he called the Californian election system.
“Under our current loss, states get to decide how much fraud they will tolerate:
Florida requires you to show photo identification in order to vote………………
California just wants you to vote Democrat,”.
(No identification of any kind required to vote in California)
