In addition to tens of thousands protesting in America’s largest cities from coast to coast, progressives are now threatening to pull off a nationwide shutdown on President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration day.

With violent protests taking place in Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, New Orleans, Chicago and Portland, Oregon – just to name a few – Democrats upset that their presidential nominee Hillary Clinton lost are waging war against the conservative candidate that Americans legally voted into office at the ballot box. Their protest in The Big Easy saw one of the monuments there being vandalized with the word “Die whites die” emblazoned on it.

Sleepless in Seattle

In Seattle, elected officials – including its homosexual mayor and city council member – expressed their unwillingness to submit to policies administered under a Trump administration.

“A self-avowed Marxist member of the Seattle City Council who is part of the George Soros-funded Occupy Wall Street movement has called for a ‘massive protest’ against President-elect Donald Trump and a ‘nationwide shut down’ on Inauguration Day,” WND reported. “Kshama Sawant went on an anti-Trump rant following the election that stirred up progressives’ emotions against Trump voters, calling them part of a ‘racist agenda.’”

The socialist city council member, who immigrated to the United States from her native India, wasted little time to publicly incite a rebellion against the man who the Leftist media constantly asked whether or not he would accept the election results if he lost.

“Sawant held a press conference calling for a mass protest in Seattle, [which] was attended by students, members of Seattle’s LGBTQ community, as well as Occupy members and Muslims,” WND’s Leo Hohmann informed. “One woman took the podium in a hijab and unleashed a profanity-laced tirade.”

One female Muslim demonstrator was quite vocal about her unwillingness to listen to any safety concerns or regulations regarding her religious headdress.

“I am told, ‘do not wear the hijab or you will be targeted,’” the hostile Islamic Democrat yelled before screaming profanity into a megaphone. “I say [expletive] you!”

Sawant – who became the first socialist to win a city-wide election in Seattle since 1916 – when Anna Loise Strong was elected to the city’s public school board – wasted little time to accuse Trump of running a “racist agenda,” which she said must be stopped. She insisted that America cannot and will not accept the new Republican president-elect.

“I appeal to you: Today at 4 o’clock, Westlake, let’s have a massive protest, and tell America we do not accept a racist agenda,” the virulent elected official demanded. “And, let’s make sure that, on Inauguration Day, on the 20th and 21st of January, let’s do a nationwide shutdown and Occupy inauguration.”

Elected rebel-rouser

Sawant’s political views are anchored in a background that includes her involvement in the controversial Occupy demonstrations, as well as in anti-Semitic activity.

“Sawant – besides being a socialist and community organizer who agitates through the Occupy Wall Street movement – is also a self-avowed Marxist with membership in the Committee for a Workers International, a Trotskyist organization based in Britain,” Hohmanan pointed out. “As an economics professor at Seattle Central Community College, she agitated against the state of Israel, calling on President Obama to cut off all aid to the Jewish state. The college did not renew her teaching contract when it expired more than a year ago.”

She gave a speech in Seattle at University Temple Methodist Church in May 2013 inciting others to adopt her socialist worldview.

“[It] is a very odd profession for a Marxist to be an economist in today’s world,” Sawant told those in attendance. “So, I have to swim against the stream. But the most interesting thing that is happening since two years ago is that the tide is starting to turn [in favor of socialism and against capitalism].”

According to the elected Seattle official, the “root of all problems is capitalism” – a phrase she declared from the podium.

“Hopefully, we will all feel empowered by that,” Savant continued. “When I say ‘we’ I mean Socialist Alternative. I’m a member of Socialist Alternative. It’s a nationwide organization of socialists and activists. And as you might guess, we have been since about 1985 very active in fighting various battles for social and economic justice … Our approach as socialists – as Marxists – is that, a lot of the problems that we see, and a lot of problems that progressives and young people and women feel a lot of anger, justifiable anger and outrage about, are not isolated issues.”

Her extremism then went on to embrace the pro-abortion and pro-homosexual agendas.

“And If you’re angry about the tax on the reproductive rights of women, if you’re angry about the almost skyrocketing of rape cases and just gruesomeness of sexual violence, if you’re angry about the tax on LGBT rights, if you’re angry about how hard it is to fight for LGBT rights … all these questions are so interrelated because they’re stemming from a system that unendlessly and relentlessly creates conditions for all these problems,” the agitator argued. “And of course, that system is capitalism.”

Revolutionaries joining arms

With the ultimate goal of inciting an insurrection against America’s political and economic system, Sawant and other revolutionaries target events such as Donald Trump’s election to incite anger and upheavals.

“Only this time, it may be more violent with Muslim Brotherhood and Black Lives Matter elements joining socialists in the Occupy movement,” WND warned. “A senior Muslim Brotherhood executive, Khalilah Sabra, announced at a national conference of the Muslim-American Society in December 2015 that the Brotherhood planned to team up with non-Muslim radicals to initiate a [violent] revolution in America.”

She will not stop until everyone around the globe submits to Islam.

“You are the new black people of America,” Sabra informed her Muslim audience gathered in Chicago. “We are the community that staged a revolution across the world. If we can do that, why can’t we have that revolution in America? You know what you should do. And if you do it, Allah has promised us the same victories he granted to those who came before us.”

It is believed by many that Trump’s election is being utilized by socialists, the Muslim Brotherhood and other radicals as the linchpin used to begin their revolution across America.

“Protests erupted immediately after the election results were announced in Oakland and Portland on the West Coast,” WND announced. “[Wednesday night,] they spread to New York, Los Angeles, Detroit, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Philadelphia, Austin, San Francisco and New Orleans with several experiencing burning of flags, vandalism and looting. In New York, thousands of protesters temporarily blocked the entrance to Trump Tower Wednesday night. In Atlanta protesters smashed windows of businesses and burned cars.”

Other organized demonstrations incited by professional protesters on the West Coast were quite elaborate.

“In Los Angeles, a large protest beginning at Pershing Square continued to City Hall, and several protesters were arrested after streaming onto the 101 Freeway near downtown, closing it to traffic late into the night,” Hohmann informed. “There were reports of rocks and bottles being thrown. The Los Angeles Times reported protesters burned a Trump head in effigy and spray-painted news vans and the LAT building. In New Orleans, hundreds showed up to denounce the election of Trump – but despite media reports of a peaceful gathering, the crowd grew increasingly hostile and violent.”

Many critics see the demonstrations as little more than racially charged mobs riddled with violence and vandalism, as was witnessed in New Orleans.

“Students holding signs reading ‘End white supremacy’ originally gathered on the steps of the Lee Circle monument before the demonstrations turned destructive,” Hohmann continued. “Lee Circle was fully covered in graffiti with phrases like ‘Black Power’ and ‘Dismantle White Supremacy.’ Later, an effigy of Trump was burned while glass windows at a nearby bank were shattered. Other phrases like ‘No Trump, no KKK’ were used to vandalize surrounding areas, as well as the threatening phrase ‘Die whites die’ and ‘[Expletive] Trump.’”

Instead of trying to keep such demonstrations at bay before the election, Obama was heard at a stump speech for Clinton days before the elections inciting more rage by charging that supporters for Trump included KKK members.

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti gave a statement in hope of restoring order on Thursday.

“One of our greatest privileges as Americans is the right to free expression,” Garcetti announced. “Last night, thousands of Angelenos came together publicly to make their feelings known. I understand that the results of Tuesday’s election are painful for many of us, and this kind of engagement can be a meaningful part of the healing we need after such a long and divisive campaign. But walking and throwing objects onto freeways is dangerous for pedestrians and drivers – and it puts a heavy burden on people just trying make it home to their families or get to work safely. I am proud that the demonstrations in Los Angeles have been mostly lawful and peaceful, and that our officers are working with demonstrators to keep people out of harm’s way. Protests can, should and must proceed in that spirit – and I urge everyone to look out for their fellow Angelenos and put safety first.”
