A Mexican man already deported five times will be deported again after he was found back in the country in Verona in October, according to the U.S. Attorney’s office.

Bartolo Fabian-Mendez, 47, was sentenced Monday to four months in incarceration, according to U.S. Attorney Soo C. Song. He was taken into custody Oct. 5 by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.

A Mexican citizen, Fabian-Mendez had been removed from the United States once in 2010, three times in 2016 and, most recently, on June 17.
