Facebook says it will no longer remove claims that Covid-19 is man-made or manufactured from its apps “in light of ongoing investigations into the origin of Covid-19 and in consultation with public health experts.”

Facebook has long battled a tide of coronavirus-related misinformation by removing posts or putting warning labels on them. It said in December it would remove vaccine related misinformation, for example.
The move comes as President Joe Biden ordered U.S. intelligence officials to “redouble” their efforts to investigate the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic, including any possibility the trail might lead to a Chinese laboratory.
“We’re continuing to work with health experts to keep pace with the evolving nature of the pandemic and regularly update our policies as new facts and trends emerge,” Guy Rosen, Facebook’s vice president of integrity, said in a statement on Wednesday.
After months of minimizing these claims as a fringe theory, the Biden administration is joining worldwide pressure for China to be more open about the outbreak. It aims to head off GOP complaints that Biden has not been tough enough and use the opportunity to press China on alleged obstruction.

First they need a large amount of funds to begin a study of the chance that there is a possibility that an answer may be found…or not.
That is followed by a number of reports, all inconclusive, pointing to the need for more money for more studies. Also a costly commission to study the victim intersectionality of potential investigative panelists, Social Justice would of course demand the first panelist be a transexual black person, as we are being told they are grossly underrepresentted.
Then, expect half-axxed work, done sloppily, at great cost and never ending. The stonewalling will go on until it’s time to announce that they knew it was Wuhan but it’s now old Trump era news.
I should mention the Left are most efficient at herd thinning. Once a population is dependent on the .gov teat the fewer sucking the better the elites can live.
You can bet, it won’t ALLOW those who have already been BOOTED OFF for “Violating their ever-changing rules”, won’t be allowed back on.

How curious, what was once deemed misinformation mainly because it was not properly researched nor politically correct is now allowed to be told, too little, yoo late, while that which was hightly touted and widely diseminated is shown to be deficient from the very beginning.

Facebook can stick it! The simple truth is Facebook has become nothing more than an operative for the Democrat Party. Those of us who raised concerns about the origin of the virus in 2020 were not creating misinformation. President Trump and a number of health care professionals raised legitimate concerns and Facebook censored them.
Make no mistake, the mainstream media and social media’s sudden interest in the origin of the virus is nothing more than an attempt to cast Joe Biden as a competent leader, which he isn’t. The mainstream news media has lost their credibility due to their censoring information in the pandemic that did not conform to the narrative being put forth by the Democrat Party.
Maybe the virus came from the lab.
Maybe HCQ could have saved lives.
Maybe masks and lockdowns don’t stop a virus.
Maybe criminals sneak into the U.S.
Maybe borders are good.
Maybe Dominion machines can be hacked.
Maybe there is voter fraud.
Maybe CO2 isn’t the cause of bad weather.
Maybe relying on solar and wind will result in power outages.
Maybe Facebook should mind its own business and stop playing Mind Bender.
Perhaps if they hadn’t censored the potential truth months ago we’d have an answer already. Now time has allowed much evidence to be destroyed.
The same thing applies for the side effects and ramifications of the vaccine. I wonder if, in a few years when a myriad of issues resulting from the taking of the vaccine manifest, Facebook will change their minds about sharing what they now call ‘false information’ about the vaccine. I also wonder if people will have the ability to sue them for hiding the truth. People won’t be able to sue the vaccine manufacturers that is for sure.
BUT since these are experimental vaccines, authorized under EMERGENCY USE, even IF WE get myrad issues resulting from them, no one will be able to sue..
Facebook should be tried for murder, withholding info on covid , Bill Gates should go with him!
