Obama Sends Bizarre Fundraising E-mail After Debate Loss

By GOPUSA Staff

Waking up this morning, I had a ton of e-mail in my inbox, but one really stood out. It was a fundraising e-mail for Barack Obama. Yes, even after his dismal debate performance against Mitt Romney, Obama was back to fundraising. But his e-mail message was one of the strangest I've seen.

First, let's start with the subject line. Again... this was an e-mail from Barack Obama's campaign. Supposedly, these are not a bunch of amateurs. Yet the subject line was simply: Hey. That's it. Just "Hey." They might have well just said Yo!

Then, we have the e-mail itself. Here is the entire message:

Friend --

I hope I made you proud out there explaining the vision we share for this country.

Now we need to go win this election -- the most important thing that will happen tonight is what you do (or don't do) to help in the little time we have left:

https://donate.barackobama.com/Tonight

Thank you,

Barack

His whole debate review is one sentence? I guess the brevity speaks louder than words. If anyone was proud of that performance, I guess they WOULD be likely candidates to still give him money.

Then, Obama talks about "the most important thing," which is not the debate, but giving Obama money. That's the most important thing about last night? Maybe in Barack Obama's eyes. In the eyes of most Americans, I'm sure the most important thing was that the president of the United States can't defend his policies and showed that he is completely out of touch.

What do you think? It sure seems like an odd e-mail to send following a complete debacle at the debate. Oh well... at least he considers me a friend. :-)

Ozero has a ‘self’ complex AND he thinks that if he shows up that is all that is required for a stellar performance. His ego and self-evaluation is disgusting and I for one would like for him to come to GOPUSA and read some of the comments of what ‘real’ people think of him. It would let the air out of his balloon real fast. Mitt Romney ‘plowed’ his field so deep last night and he didn’t [or couldn't] even figure it out.

O’bummer was really jacked last night, biting his lip, gritting his teeth nodding his head. Always looking down. He was one mad dude! But I loved it! I loved to see him squirm. And he could not lash out at Mitt. He wanted too so bad! It was great to see him slam dunked! I just want to see it happen again at the next debate! This jerk has a superiority complex second to none! It was great to see him shaved down a few notches!

I cant wait to see Ryan mop the floor with bite me Biden!

Right you are nick. As a matter of fact I have seen this type action before. When I was training a little puppy and he peeded on the carpet he got a scolding. At which time he lowered his head, tucked his tail between his legs and almost crawled into another room. That is pretty much what Obama looked like last night. And I am sure if he could have he would have crawled off somewhere, anywhere.

mitt should continue to keep plowing and keep it up. If he could perform the way he did last night all the time ane in the last 2 debates and don’t let up we will get someone of competence back in the white house. You first have to run something(even a lemonade stand) to run a gov’t. Especially the best country in the world. Even though O Liar doesn’t believe we are. Take back our gov’t and our country.

“Look at his watch.” any normal person may have looked at their watch and thought “Oh Lord, Please get me out of here before I make a total bumbling idiot out of myself for all the world to see.”
But if Obama had looked at hes watch, he would have prayed ” Oh mighty Allah, take out your sword and slay these infidels who will not listen to my inanities and do not prostrate themselves in traffic in praise of your mighty name.”
I believe it. Whaddya think ?

…my inference above to “looking at his watch” had to do with the elder President Bush during his debate with Slick Willy and the MSM crucifying him for looking at his watch.

He didn’t look at his watch but he did something even worse. When Romney was again and again countering everything Obama was spouting, Obama looked at the moderator and said “Can we change the subject?” He had the look of a deer in the headlights and I thought his look of desperation was saying “Please help me!”. I don’t remember ever seeing that before in a debate.

I heard on Rush today that he (Rush) had access to some Obama campaign email chatter that indicated Obama thought he won the debate at the end of it. Then, when he got off-stage with his peeps, they had to tell him he lost big time! I believe it. The look on Obama’s face and his swagger as he walked over to shake hands with Gov. Romney looked like he was pleased with the job he did. And then….he saw Moochelle and her scowl.

Maybe the point was that after such a dismal performance he needs money now more than ever. He can’t rely on his intelligence, record or policies. He needs some big bucks if he hopes to pull his campaign out of the toilet. Those smear ads cost a lot of money.

I think you hit the nail on the head there!

The Obama campaign will be seriously hurt in the fundraising efforts after his dismal debate performance.

They must have had already planned to send out a fundraiser Email after the debate before Obama’s horrible performance. So it seems they just left only one request in there: Send more money!

Nothing else to brag on but the fake claim about the ‘vision’ that was ‘so eloquently’ presented in this debate.

But let’s not celebrate for too long, as the campaign tour is already in full swing again with the Koolaid message that Romney just lied to us yesterday, and that he lied so much that it even left Obama flabbergasted! :) The nerve!
And yet, so many Nobama supporters still that want to believe nothing more than that Obama has the truth on his side!

Obama can only get away with this without Romney there to immediately correct the factual lies that the Obama campaign continues to spew out! And don’t forget that the MSM will continue to try support every lie if they think it will help Obama win!

I believe the Obamaphone lady comment is referring to a black woman who was at an Anti-Romney rally screaming into the camera about how GREAT Obama is just because he gives all the poor free phones. Then they asked why she didn’t like ROMNEY and all she kept saying was Romney *****. The sound of her voice reminded me of Linda Blair in the Exorcist. You can probably Google it and find it easily enough.

I don’t need a plea from Mitt Romney to send his campaign money. I’ve done it every time I could because I love America, am grateful for my freedom and want to keep it. So, I support Romney and Ryan every way I can. I’m very patriotic and a small business owner, so I get it. I know what’s happening and hope all those college students who someday want to own their own business or find a job, realize this ex-professor President doesn’t understand a thing about what it takes to run a country so we can continue to enjoy our freedom. I loved Mitt’s answers and know he believes in America and Americans. I especially liked that he understands how to work with Congress to craft bi-partisan solutions. Obama, Reid, and Nancy have no idea how to WORK with others to actually get legislation that is fair and balanced. They only know force and power and have not used it wisely.

What a stellar performance ! It was informed, relentless, issue oriented and gave the challenger a chance to define himself. He did it all. He did everything a world class debater like Gingritch could have done and more. He displayed, I feel, that sweetest of all attributes, grace under pressure. If ever a man enjoyed what he was doing Governor Romney was that man. I have always loved America and there is no way I will see our Constitution changed by a Marxist organizer who hates her and her people. He was the picture of a peevish left leaning professor from a left leaning University. Can’t wait to vote, my neighbors and family are all counting the days. Still, I don’t trust this man or his henchmen and his handlers may think their puppy can throw a spanner in the works.

Reid and Pelosi SERIOUSLY need to get gone. there’s no way in hell that either of those two would work WITH Romney and I think he’s too much of a gentleman to take them to the woodshed. I can understand why Pelosi keeps getting re-elected, considering where her district is, but how does Reid keep getting re-elected? he looks like he started eating a sour pickle 20 years ago and hasn’t stopped. since Frank is retiring, I believe R&P are the biggest stumbling blocks to any sort of bipartisan cooperation but admittedly I don’t follow it that closely so I could be forgetting about someone.

I have a theory about this: debates can either help or hurt a candidate’s fundraising efforts and from now until election day both campaigns will be going all out to raise money, because as the one lady pointed out “attack ads ain’t cheap”! I’m pretty sure Osama’s dismal performance last night is going to impact even his “deep pockets” of supporters. Nothing will change people like Soros, but it can really dry up all the individuals who would have considered sending in smaller donations and when you’re talking the whole country, those “small” donations can add up. Then there is Hollywood – hotbed of liberalism – and all those celebrities who supported Osama last time. Last time it was “cool” to support the “first black President of the United States”; however, the winds of “change” are no longer blowing soft and sweet for Osama and many of those who supported him last time might suddenly find a conflict on their calendars to support him this time. That’s what happened to Gore with all those who had supported Clinton and I think it is also starting to happen to Osama.

I agree with AM voter, obama made me proud that I am voting for Romney! Where was obama last night? You were finally seeing the real mcoy, the left did not recognize him because he was a-natural, unscripted and without words to defend his bad policies and lies to America. Obama could not look in the camera because when you can’t face the truth you can’t look at it. A key moment for me was when the question of what is the president’s most important job was asked. Our prez. said,” uh, uh, uh, well , uh that would be to protect citizens….” as he looked down. Then Romney answered and he turned around and pointed to the constitution writing on the wall behind them and said “We are standing right in front of it. The presidents most important job is to protect and defend our constitution and the declaration of independence…” I think he won America on that one sentence alone. GO ROMNEY/RYAN!

He can’t pull another act like the last one. Looking at his shoes, grinding his teeth shaking his head, served only to make one think of a person with an unfortunate type of nervous disorder characterized by involuntary tics and motions. Perhaps he’ll cancel secondary to an attack of pique, inflamation of the ego or some other such thing. That would really put the cap on the doll for his hard core supporters. Last time McCain handed the election to Obama on a silver platter. This time Romney handed Obama his head back to him on a silver platter. Last time Obama had no history to worry about and could spend the whole time talking about what a great job he was going to do and McCain had no idea what to say. This time Obama had so much baggage to hid he had no idea what to do with it all. He tried his normal lies against Romney, but since he was right there, Romney could correct them and made Obama eat his words. What got me was he kept trying the same old lies about his tax cuts costing American so much money, but Romney had a great come back for everything Obama tried to lie about. Obama had no idea how to handle Romney and it showed up big time. Obama tried his normal lying tactic and it just didn’t go over. He can’t lie when there is someone standing right there to correct him and while he may have had an attack plan in place when he started, Romney blow it out of the water. Obama was shown for the low life he was and he even helped Romney prove just how bad he was as a President. It is really nice to have an honest man running for office for once instead of a politician standing up there telling us all those lies they normally tell to win an election. I am so tired of hearing then tell those same old lies and knowing they are not even going to try and keep any of them. I just hope he can do half of what he says he would like to do, because after all, Congress is still going to have to pass the bills he wants and send them to him to sign. We have one more chance to send some new people to Washington in two years, so we may get this started back to the United States I knew as a child and at least get that for back to the constitution and a government that goes by the constitution and the law and not just come out with more Presidential orders that bypass Congress and everyone else and trash our constitution the way Obama has been doing it for the last four years…………………….

I always watch these things on MSNBC because I don’t need anybody to tell me how to think or interpret what I just heard for myself, and it is kind of like watching a parody or Saturday Night Live skit of what real news reporting used to be like. I was floored to see them coming unhinged at having to say that Romney was the clear winner. Chris Matthews looked like he was going to cry after saying over and over that what he just saw was Mitt Romney winning, winning, winning and Obama just didn’t show up. It was crow eating time for the idiot factor. But, I do get a kind of sick feeling in my stomach that Obama just doesn’t care how well he does in these debates due to ontoward things going on to ensure his reelection like voter fraud, the democrats heinous use of early voting (as written well by Phyllis Schafly today), and whatever other sneaky plans they might have including some false flag event giving him the ability to institute martial law and his executive order giving full command over the country. I don’t normally subscribe to conspiracy theories but his portrayal last night looked pretty unconcerning to me. Either that, or he is the idiot a lot of people think he is. LOL

I had to read that email several times. It seemed like a hoax, it was so immature and classless. I cannot believe the President of the United States is this tacky. Who would respond to something like this? Who would donate to someone who has so little regard and respect for those from whom he is requesting funds? I’ve got a suggestion. Let Biden write the money-grubbing emails. They wouldn’t be any classier but at least they’d be funny.

I think the Romney campaign should have a series of ads using clips from the debate where Obama made a statement and then Romney corrected his lie. The debate was great to watch, but more people need to see these exchanges. I am sure that there are those who didn’t see the debate who would be amazed at the thrashing Romney gave to The One.
While watching Obama, I had the impression that there were times he was thinking “I got nothin’”.

It really doesn’t matter if they watch them or not, because Obama’s supporters just keep saying we’re making this stuff up and it’s not true. Then they either say you’re RACIST, or PROVE IT, and even when you prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt, they still stand by him. It’s been PROVEN that the birth certificate is fake and they still call us BIRTHERS and RACIST. They will stand by Obama as they’re being led off to a FEMA camp. I got into an argument with an Obama supporter in another forum and she kept saying prove it, and when I told her where to find the proof she said why should she, since she already knew it was lies. You may as well hit your head against a wall instead of talking to an Obama supporter, the effect will be the same, but you may be a little less aggravated afterwards.

Don’t count your chickens Soros owns the company where our votes will be counted. The fix may very well be in and that may be the reason little Barry O couldn’t care less about the debate. Romney put him in the position of a jackass in a downpour. Had to stand there and take it. Big jackass ears and all. If it turns out he stole the election then there will be no orderly turnover of power and that’s exactly how he wants it. He has all sorts of plans in place to stop any kind of dissent. That is why he has armed non law enforcement groups while our effeminate Congress most notably the Senate sits with their thumbs tucked securely in a dark, moist, narrow place while whistling Dixie. He knows an attempt at a coup of any sort could not depend on our soldiers in uniform firing on their own people. Its happened to countries as close to us as Cuba and Venezuela. Let us pray that it will not happen here.

FACT: Scytl is a Spain-based business that specializes in “electoral security technology” and electronic voting applications. Its cryptographic research initially was funded by the Spanish government’s Ministry of Science and Technology and later was spun off as a private-sector e-voting venture.
FACT: In January 2012, Scytl acquired U.S.-based SOE Software. SOE writes “election management” programs that assist officials with everything from “Internet voting to election night reporting and online poll worker training.”
FICTION: According to alarmists, Scytl’s acquisition of SOE amounts to a complete takeover of America’s election system. No, not really. While SOE boasts of a presence “with 900 jurisdictions as customers in 26 states,” there is no single contract that the federal government has entered into, or could, with Scytl to count the 2012 presidential election votes. Much of the work Scytl/SOE analysts do is number-crunching and graphics software work after local and state officials have done the vote-counting.
Scytl does have a contract with the feds to use its technology to help overseas and military voters participate in elections. In 2009, the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act mandated that U.S. jurisdictions allow uniformed and overseas citizens to receive and track their ballots electronically. Scytl’s online ballot program was used in 14 states during the 2010 midterms.
FACT: The security risks of e-voting are still a legitimate concern. University of California at Berkeley computer science professor David Wagner wrote a critical report for the Pentagon about the privacy and accuracy shortcomings of Scytl’s military voting program in 2004 — which prompted the feds to cancel the initial program, according to PBS.
In October 2010, the D.C. Board of Elections and Ethics encouraged outside parties to try to find security holes in their online balloting infrastructure operated by Scytl. A group of University of Michigan students successfully hacked into the system, commandeered passwords, doctored ballots and programmed audio of the school’s fight song to play whenever an e-ballot was submitted.
Hackers from Iran and China also came close to breaking in. “After the hack,” according to AOLNews.com, “(D.C.) administrators decided to relaunch under a download-only format, allowing users to access ballots but forcing them to fax or mail them rather than cast a vote online.” The D.C. official who oversaw the system, Paul Stenbjorn, now works for Scytl.
FICTION: Chain e-mails about Scytl claim that George Soros owns, operates or controls Scytl. In reality, the company’s investors are Nauta Capital, Balderton Capital and Spinnaker SCR. Soros doesn’t “own” any of these international venture capital firms — and as far as my research shows, he has no involvement whatsoever with any of them. Moreover, Scytl’s board of directors doesn’t include anyone with Soros financial or management ties. Pressed for evidence, one Internet conspiracy nut cited an “invitation only event” in Moldova that listed both the “Soros Foundation Moldova” and Scytl as attendees.
Soros has enough explicit ties to President Obama’s administration and campaign without having to embellish them. Just this week, The New York Times reported that he will donate $1 million each to a Democratic super-PAC and a leading progressive get-out-the-vote (GOTV) operation. Soros previously funded Project Vote, the notorious voter-mobilization arm of fraud-perpetrating ACORN for whom Obama canvassed in Illinois.
And that brings us to the less exotic, but far more routine, kind of election insecurity that plagues the country. Hardware and software will never be completely fail-safe, no matter where it originates. But it’s the people, personnel and voter registration and verification rules in place right here at home that matter most.
FACT: Over the past five months, investigative journalist James O’Keefe and his Project Veritas team have exposed systemic lapses at precincts in New Hampshire, Minnesota, Vermont and Washington, D.C. The ballots of famous public figures have been forked over to complete strangers; disenfranchisement of legitimate voters is routine. While Minnesota and New Hampshire legislators have passed new voter integrity/identification laws, O’Keefe now has been targeted for investigation and possible prosecution for blowing the whistle. And Attorney General Eric Holder is striking his usual see-no-evil, shoot-the-messenger, play-the-race-card pose.

Ill give Mitt a shot, but I frankly do not see how anyone is going to get this economy going unless there are drastic changes to let the small business man grow his business without taxing him to death, and the IRS has got to let someone who has the ***** to risk all he/she owns to have some of the percs. Otherwise whats the point of taking a risk? If they think they are being cute by taking away any benefit there is left for the small business owner, they are sadly mistaken.

I listen to an R&B chanel out of Philly because I love the music. At 3PM a syndicated show with Michael Baisden and his sidekick George Wilborn comes on. The morning after Barry won the election, these 2 that said “It’s our time now, so all white people will report to the cotton fields”. Now, I’m white, so I was not offended, I was pissed. Anyway, Thursday morning after the debate I couldn’t wait to hear the weaping and gnashing of teeth, but instead callers from all over the US were talking about how great Obama did and how bad the “racist, KKK” Romney was. We are divided into 2 different worlds and want totally different outcomes for this country, so, GET OUT AND VOTE, or “report to the cotton fields” for the next 4 years…or maybe longer.

If I remember correctly, the current resident at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue told all of us that he would unite this country as never before. He has succeeded in doing just the opposite. Our country is more divisive today than I have ever seen it. This President has succeeded in pitting middle class against the wealthy, poor people against the middle class, black people against caucasion people and hispanics against everyone else. He has managed to apologize to Muslims for cartoons and has failed to demand, from those very same Muslims, reparations for the deaths of American citizens at the hands of Muslim terrorists. He has railed against insider interests in Washington yet continues to accept money from these very same interests. He has promised to close the Guantanamo Bay detention center, yet it remains open. He promise a transparent administration yet we have seen the complete opposite. What we have seen is”Fast and Furious”, denial of records regarding college applications, social security information and student loan information. What we need to do is follow the advice of the Illinois Democratic Party and “vote early and vote often”.

The only thing that is on BHO’s mind is to get re-elected. It is not that he has any great plans for the country, but it will keep him in the spot light and the center of attention for four more years. He will be paid to campaign one of his favorite past times, play golf, hoops, and rub elbows with the rich and famous. I am sure that after he is re-elected he will be asking for donations for his presidential library with all state of the art contraptions. What is not used in the library will be used for trip to his and Michelle’s favorite countries to shop and site see. They will throw lavish parties for the rich and famous and expect to be invited to their parties. Neither of them will be looking for a job, since they will not have time to work, but just to party as they have been doing for the past 3 years and 9 months.

I really wish you were right, but unfortunately he does have big plans for this country and none of them are good. If he wins again, we are in for some VERY bad times. Lavish parties?? Sure, and he will be throwing them for his Muslim brothers and all their friends. This will no longer be a free nation and about all you can look forward to is another day in the salt mines. He has Muslim Brotherhood all through the government and in almost every department and they are not there to make our day nice. Obama has one thing in mind and that is the destruction of this country. Four more years of him and we can look forward to a BUNCH of years of hardship and suffering. He doesn’t belong in the White House, he belongs in the jail house……………
