No reason to appluad Governor Beebe. Upon his return to the state, the media reported he was unhappy with the Lt. Governor's signing of this bill.

Good job Arkansas. As your neighbor to the west ( Oklahoma ) it's nice to have a strong pro-gun state on our border...

I applaud Lt. Gov. Mark Darr, and governor, Mike Beebe.
Mr Darr stood bravely against the evil forces that creep around to steal the freedom of beloved Americans.
I applaud Mr Beebe for putting aside his personal convictions and permitting the force of the Constitution to prevail.
The Governor and Lt. Governor, prove that we can disagree, without being disagreeable, and still be true to our-self and to the Bill of Rights (they're known as 'The Bill of Rights, for a reason).
Thank you both.

Now they need a bill which prevents that bill from ever being revoked, apart from all other documents, so that guns will never be up on the chopping block again. It should also be a requirement that all adults and children, whether they can read or not, are told about the laws. And that they are to pass that knowledge on to their future generations.
