ATLANTA (AP) — A federal appeals court has issued a temporary ruling that allows police to detain immigrants that are suspected of being in the country illegally.
The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals issued its order Friday after the Justice Department challenged what is considered as the toughest immigration law in the nation.
The federal appeals blocked part of the law that requires schools to check the immigration status of students.
A final decision on the law won't be made for months to allow time for more arguments.
State officials say the law is needed to protect the jobs of legal residents, but opponents warn it could lead to discrimination.

Discrimination is Good. I discriminate evry time I select a restaurant, and then I discriminate about what I order from their menu. I knowingly discriminate when I need to hire a contractor, no criminals (illegals) are allowed on my premises. I discriminate when I go to the movies, I will not support Gibson, Streisand, Moore, Asner, Fonda. And of course, I discriminate when I vote … no way Obama or his lackeys.
Discrimination is Good, we need much more of it.

Anytime I go to hire someone to do work of any sort for me, at my house, on my cars, whatever, I ask them if they are Republican or Democrat. I do it neutrally, in such a way that they don’t know what I am. If they say Democrat, I tell them I can’t hire them because I can’t trust them to make intelligent, logical, sensible decisions and choices regarding the work I want them to do…

Would you say you are a “discriminating individual”? That isn’t a bad thing either. I think discrimination should be linked with profiling.

*claps* It is about time. I was wondering if the sensible people in this country were going to allow the insane ones to continue to support everything possible in hopes of destroying America. Good grief, send these illegals back home. They are citizens of another country not this one and we can not afford them.

I am a taxpayer in the State of Alabama. Ask me if I give a tinkers damn if we run every last illegal in this state out. My tax money ought not be used to educate their spawn. I’m tired of being endangered by having to drive on the same roads as the unlicenced, uninsured likkered up bas*****.

Why is it that bank robbers that rob banks for the money, people who steal for the money people who sell drugs for the money are all arrested and locked up. But illegals who come into our country for the money are not even questioned if they are here illegally even if it is obvious they might be here illegally. Such as the way they look and their accent and speaking Spanish? The police look for people who match the description of a criminal, yet cannot stop someone that matches the description of an illegal. I just do not get it. There is no such thing as racial profiling, it is just something thought up by people to keep the police from stopping illegals. Being here illegally is a CRIME. Enforce the law. We will not stop asking for justice, we will not stop till theyre sent back to their country.
