Mr Rubio needs to drink plenty of water. He knows the importance of it. Since liberals have no brains, they have no concept of how importance water is to the health of a human body. They’d rather drink Koolaid anyway.

If the Repubs had enough brains to think of this or enough balls to say it if they thought of it, they could take this opportunity of the Dems making fun of Rubio by saying and writing over and over again everywhere at every chance they have for as long as they can keep it going to put out this message: “See how Democrat liberals and progressives are treating Sen. Rubio? This is what the Dems really think of Hispanics and Latinos. They make fun of them every chance they get. The Democrats’ self-professed compassion and tolerance for Hispanics and Latinos is fake, as evidenced by their ridicule of Sen. Rubio. They have exposed their true feelings for Hispanics and Latinos for all to see by the way they have disrespected and humiliated Sen. Rubio.”

This would be turning and using the Dems own adopted Alinsky tactics against them. The Repubs should make them very regretful that they started this ridicule of Sen. Rubio, and if they were at all talented at effective rebuttals, they could pull it off.

Though the United States still had diplomatic relations with Cuba during the Batista regime, the Cubans who came to South Florida were considered refugees. So too those who later fled the new Dictator, Castro, his repression and Che Guevara’s firing squads.

He definitely has a strong self-image in that he can make fun of himself over petty criticisms, much like Reagan did.

Rubio just needs to keep it up over the long haul, in the heat of the lefty media attack.

It’s a shame that Romney was not this articulate on the principles of Conservatism.

It will be sure to crowd out any possible coverage of the typical Friday afternoon “document dump” that Team Obama engages in.

Good one. Or even a slice of pizza or a cheeseburger for that matter. Something like this or what you suggest would have infuriated the progressives (what they see as a “bad food choice”) and consequently, they would be talking about him even more.

Someone on TV later said that it would have been cool to have an aide thrown him the bottle from off-camera and have him catch it in mid air before he took the swig!
