Time to celebrate for all those who are passionate about the Constitution!
Today the motion to invoke cloture on the confirmation of Goodwin Liu, of California, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit failed by a vote of 52-43 (Democratic Senator Ben Nelson (NE) joined Republicans in voting against cloture this afternoon).
Why was Liu such a danger to constitutional principles?
