What the Pelosi Health-Care Bill Really Says
What the Pelosi Health-Care Bill Really Says
Here are some important passages in the 2,000 page legislation - By BETSY MCCAUGHEY, WSJ
The health bill that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is bringing to a vote (H.R. 3962) is 1,990 pages. Here are some of the details you need to know.
What the government will require you to do:
more
No more guessing. Here it is and it's bad. Very bad.

They can pass all the bills they want to I will not play by their rules anymore. If I have to I will go off the grid. What is next make us buy life insurance, but only their "qualified" plans. Hey I know lets make people that don't own cars buy car insurance just in case they ride in someone else's car. Pelosi needs to go back to San Fran and leave us normal folks that live in the flyover states alone.

Well they just passed the bill.
May everyone who voted for it, including the one republican, choke on their turkey on Thanksgiving day.
May Nancy Pelosi get worse,
worse than that for doing it after eleven pm at night.
I am angered to the max at these people.
The Democrats, the party of treason and perverts.

Re: What the Pelosi Health-Care Bill Really Says
I was hoping the article would give us links to the actual bill. Weren't we supposed to get a look at it before the vote?
The link at the bottom of the article only takes you to a website that enumerates the various parts that McCaughey cites.
I don't like that, The links should go to the bill itself.
Of course, that depends upon how much of it is actually written.

Re: What the Pelosi Health-Care Bill Really Says
I want to puke! The health care bill just passed by Congress! Only after the Stupik amendment to keep the Hyde bill so as not to pay for abortions by the federal government with Michael Steele saying it was only a sneak tactic and will inevitably be put back into the Senate bill
God help us!

Everything about this was underhanded and dishonorable.
Surely there will be a special level in Hell for Democrats.

Amen to that. In the deepest, darkest pit of the Lake of Fire itself, where the child molesters and baby killers go, because it is the Dims who enable them.

Indeed!
Was this not to be the most TRANSPARENT Administraion that Obama promised us?
Don't worry, though. Apparently, you'll have 5 days to express yourself before he signs it:
Obama:
Quote:
|
“Too often bills are rushed through Congress and to the president before the public has the opportunity to review them,” the Obama-Biden campaign website states. “As president, Obama will not sign any non-emergency bill without giving the American public an opportunity to review and comment on the White House website for five days.”
|
Because we all know that if the House and Senate passes, our outcry on the website would certainly have an impact enough for him to reconsider....
