Malkin: Welcome To Obamacare Theater
By Michelle Malkin
July 3, 2009
The White House sure likes to put on a show. Fresh off its joint stage production with ABC News, the Obama administration broadcast another health-care propaganda play this week under the guise of a citizen "town hall."
Chicago consigliere and senior adviser Valerie Jarrett managed the floor and human props for Obama. In a telling moment as the event kicked off, she protested a wee bit much: "I want to emphasize that the president has not seen the questions ahead of time." The audience responded with polite laughter.

Re: Malkin: Welcome To Obamacare Theater
Speaking of Obamanation insuring everything is to be stacked in his favor, as his recent monkee see, monkee doo doo, townhall was, Obama just placed Debby Smith near the base of his stack. Ms. Smith, a volunteer doing his heavy lifting, and Obamanation spending a reported $800,000 to block attempts of those asking for his birth certificate, but he can't spend a dime for a lady helping him.
Obama discusts me!
A user, and abuser of humans, for his own selfish interests.

Re: Malkin: Welcome To Obamacare Theater
These softball questions and the tear-jerking story is typical of Dem tactics for at least 80 years.
The most recent and flagrant examples are Tom Daschle moaning about his mother being unable to afford her meds and John Edwards shedding tears about his brother being unable to afford groceries. Both of these politicos are multi-millionaires! Why couldn't they shell out instead of requiring all of us to look after their family obligations?
Dems have no sense of personal responsibility.

For the simple fact they use the personal turmoil, and turbulance, of individuals, the havoc wrought by natuaral disasters, for their own, personal, welfare. A use in which they have found gold of American empathy, and the forgiving spirit, passion, of a majority born, and raised of Christian responsibilities for their fellow man. Better known as, the body of the anti-Christ, who embrace, and voice the actions, and words of the prophets, great leaders, but only as far has that from which they can gain. An embrace reflected in radical Islam, and throughout history, of individual powers, who, of their own passions have theorized that they are perfection. Speculating that, were everybody equalized of that perfection then there can not be any wrong done to anybody.

Hence it is that such democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.http://www.thisnation.com/library/bo...ralist/10.html

Re: Malkin: Welcome To Obamacare Theater
I didn't watch the "Infomercial" - the reason: I've deselected ABC from my TV set and TOLD both ABC newsmercial network AND my local station. I'm about to reverse that for a few days to find out who's advertising with them and then, once again, deselect them and notify ALL of their local advertisers AND probably the nationals also, These folks live and die by "the numbers" (how many people watch them) losing ratings means they CANNOT charge as much for their advertising. So if they're going to be the Obamination's mouthpiece they will have to get paid by him not by me buying products and services from those paying them advertising dollars.

Re: Malkin: Welcome To Obamacare Theater
Note how the left now hates MM more than they do Ann Coulter? And imagine what the state-run media would do if a Republican put on one of Obama's little staged sideshows?

Re: Malkin: Welcome To Obamacare Theater
Unless the public decided to stop this nationalization of healthcare, the USA will slip into being a banana republic. The costs, the tax hikes, like with Cap and Trade, of health care socialism, will bankrupt this nation for good. Sure, Wal Mart has surrendered but since 85% of Americans seem to be OK with their own health care plan, this huge costly plan will surely fail and like Britain, Canada and other socialized systems, hurt individuals. Unite Republicans and every other voter, and tell the socialists that this shall not hold.

Re: Malkin: Welcome To Obamacare Theater
Pure propaganda based and staged. Nice job there B.O. stumping your socialized health care debacle to a group of your worshiper's. "Thanks Guy's?"
Now, it seems (Fox News today) the dem's are ramming through legislation to "Fine" those who don't have health Insurance-to the tune of $1000.00
Kennedy and Dudd figure these fines will generate (I think it was) 6 billion over 10 year's.
Now, let's see if I have this correct: Allot of folk's (like myself for decades) paid for their medical out of pocket, but soon will pay a $1000.00 fine for not having health insurance?
Then, would this mean those on well fare or out of work who can't afford keeping up their medical insurance will have to pay a $1000.00 fine?
So, Kennedy and Dudd are doing what: Threatening people? Now, we'll have the medical Insurance police knocking at our door's?
It's purely a tactic to sway by legalized extortion, x amount of those unsure about this national health care plan. And Glen Beck wants people to remain calm.
