Default Borelli: Obama's Real Religion: Politics

By Deneen Borelli
May 12, 2009

Judging by his actions, it seems President Obama's true spiritual devotion lies more with to politics than religion. Religious institutions apparently only present a prominent forum for him to enhance his reputation.

Under the tutelage of the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Obama must have learned how even a professed servant of the Lord can put politics over Christianity. Wright's sermons were not limited to God, love and mercy. Instead, "black liberation theology," a concoction that mixed faith with radical hatred, political rhetoric and victimization, spewed from the pulpit masquerading as religion.

When Wright became an issue during the presidential campaign, Obama quickly distanced himself from the controversial minister. Obama claimed he didn't know the extent of Wright's radicalism despite being a member of the church for 20 years.

Excellent observation Terri.

Does anyone know of the Church Obama and family attend on Sunday? I think not!

This man is a shyster of the first order and we are just learning what kind of a man he really is with even more to be revealed.

But still I cannot understand why no one gave their attention to what he said during his campaign or they just didn't believe him because if they did, they never would have voted for him.

His beliefs were so far from the mainstream as to be extreme and anti-American.

Who in their right mind did not see this? Although I know some very intelligent professionals who voted for him and are now living to regret it because of his intrusion's on their businesses.

We are in a mess with Social Security and now will have to borrow money to keep it going and this Administration just keeps spending into oblivion. We are going to have to be taxed once again to keep Social Security going because of the job losses and revenues not coming into the government.

I say no to Universal Health Care at this time because it will surely bankrupt the country for it's exorbitant costs.

I'd say Obama worships at the Church of Socialism or Communism. But definitely at the Church of Humanism, which is really the Anti-Church. All three of these, dare I say it, spring from the Church of Satan. Which to clarify, does not mean he worships Satan, but that he worships a lot of things that Satan wants to happen on this Earth, murder of the unborn, immoral 'rights' for sexual perverts, legalized theft of the fruits of one man's labors in order to give it to another who did not work for it, a society without morals, and I could go on and on.

And there are a lot of others out there, mainly on the Left, who worship at the same ungodly altar as The Big 0.

Progressivism in it's most extreme form might be the more accurate, all-encompassing label for Obama's religion. While progressivism contains all the sickness of socialism, communism, humanism and atheism, it is more insideous because it pretends to be what it's not, and not what it is.
