Default Lawsuit last option for Coleman in Minn. recount

By PATRICK CONDON
Associated Press
January 6, 2009

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- The morning after the Nov. 4 election, Norm Coleman stood before TV cameras, declared victory in Minnesota's U.S. Senate election and said that if he were opponent Al Franken he'd "step aside."

Two months later, Coleman finds himself down by nearly the same margin he appeared to hold over Franken that day. His lawyers said Coleman -- who later expressed regret at that post-election remark -- is not ready to step aside, vowing a lawsuit that's likely to keep the race in limbo for several more months.

Minnesota's Canvassing Board on Monday certified that Democrat Franken won 225 more votes than Republican Coleman, out of almost 3 million cast. Franken took his own opportunity to declare himself the victor.

Coleman owes it to the people in Minnesota that voted for him and Americans in general to contest this farce of a re-count in court.
It's rather obvious that Franken was gven every possible break to insure his victory. You expect crooked elections in Chicago, but I though Minnesota was more honest, NOT.
Franken is a vile hateful little man who has no business being in the Senate.

"Secretary of State Mark Ritchie, a..."
The question was and still is; can Ritchie oversee and conduct a fair, non-partison elections results/vote review? Obviously, the answer is NO! The republicans need to harp on this and keep demanding a fair and proper recount and fortunately he ain't Franen so I hope he stands his ground.

This fraud cries out for exposure. There are precincts that successfully reported ballot totals greater than the number of registered voters. The magic post election discovery of ballots, etc. But what really burns my behind is the disqualification of absentee ballots cast by members of our military in Iraq.
The fact that financial support from George Soros and ACORN has been instumental in aiding the Franken campaign throughout the election and recount cycles speaks volumes to this Republican.
The Republican National Lawyers Assoc. (RNLA) is seeking financial support at;

since most of the "found votes" are fraudulent to begin with and had to be checked for "voter intent" much like the "hanging chad" crap that went on in florida, coleman had better start scrapping over this so called win by franken!!!

Minnesota is the es ballpark. In the end, they will win because they make the rules there.

However, Coleman needs to cause as much trouble and turmoil as possible. Maybe the rest of the country can see what a farce Minnesota is.

This election of Franken is the strongest taint on Obama and the Dems have right now, with the exception of the way Harry Reid has refused to seat Burris. The Democratic Party is totally corrupt and not worth even ever having a say in anything that people who respect Government want to have upheld in Law or National Security or anything else that I can think of. They are so disgraceful and deceitful that I would be ashamed to ever be called a Democrat in polite society, if I were one of "them". Notice that Obama hasn't stated anything about the Burris issue and also hasn't come out for or for that matter against, Franken, publicly???

What a putrid bunch of crooks, with ACORN, Soros, Franken, Reid and Obama as representatives. I am sorry to have to admit that I come from the State that gave the Nation Harry Reid, he is the most slovenly and slimy of the many Dem politicians. Throw them all out and start OVER, is what I say.......

Why can't the people of Mn see that they have stolen the office there, just like they did in Wash.State.Mrs Gregois or however you spell it , kept them counting, using the same lawyer thar Franken did, and when she found enough fraudelent votes to win, they stopped the count, and she is now gov. Talk about crooks! This is one of tha all time highs of corruption in the voting system in this country.

Hate to say I told you so again, but I knew they were going to get away with this. Scumbuckets Reid and Schumer are already crowing in the Senate about how Frankenstein obviously “won” the election (in their demented minds.)

If this blatant theft is allowed to stand by the liberal-dominated courts in the Minnesota Soviet Socialist Republik then democratic voting is dead in Amerika. We might as well just stay home on Election Day and let the biased media, the Dimocrap Party, and George Soros tell us who will win because they will it to be that way.

This does not bode well for democracy or the future of our nation to let these fiends get away with this. You know damn well if a Republican would’ve stooped to the actions of Soros, Frankenstein, and the Dimocraps, there would be rioting and fighting in the streets, yet we will just take it and try to fight it out in an unfriendly court where we more than likely will lose.

With each passing day I grow more and more disgusted, disillusioned, and disappointed in my country. Pretty soon instead of being the most conservative republic on the face of the earth we will be one of the most socialist.

Then it will be time to find a new country to call home. In my case, I would go to a country more sane, like Australia. While at the moment they are just a little bit more liberal than the US, if things keep going the way they are with the triumvirate of Pelousy, Reid, and Hussein running things, it will not even be close. Australia may then be the only halfway conservative land on the face of the earth.
