Default The Man Who Never Was

The Man Who Never Was
By Tony Blankley,

The mainstream media have gone over the line and are now straight-out propagandists for the Obama campaign.

While they have been liberal and blinkered in their worldview for decades, in 2007-08, for the first time, the major media consciously are covering for one candidate for president and consciously are knifing the other. This is no longer journalism; it is simply propaganda. (The American left-wing version of the Völkischer Beobachter cannot be far behind.)

And as a result, we are less than seven weeks away from possibly electing a president who has not been thoroughly or even halfway honestly presented to the country by our watchdogs -- the press.

Let's hope enough people pull their heads out of the sand and see this man for who he truly is.

This is the kind of editing one would expect from Goebbels' disciples, not Cronkite's.

Tony speaks of TWO men who never were -- the real Obama, and the honest Cronkite. "The most trusted man in America" has since been shown to have betrayed that trust.

The Volkischer Beobachter is already here. It's known as the New York Times.

Hmmmm............I see that Obama is not the only one taking "marching orders" straight out of Sol Olinsky's playbook. First gain control of the media, (that seems to have been totally completed with the exception of talk radio) and then bring down the economy. Can't blame Obama for that one but his greedy party, using Fannie and Freddy as their own private piggy banks have managed to do quite a number on it. Have you taken a good long look at public schools today? Their thinly veiled agenda is pretty obvious and they want your children younger and younger (mandated pre-school is next.........it's been suggested in my state). Smacks a bit of the old USSR because, after all, the youth of the country is the "seed corn" of communism.

Looks like even a big jolt of Starbucks can't wake up the Dummycrats.......... or if you're fond of conspiracy theories, perhaps there's a lot more in those steaming cups than coffee.

I suppose the media has never given a second's thought that, should our government be totally taken over by communists, they won't be able to write the way they wish. They'll be following the party line................ .. or else!

Oh, that's right. Critical thinking apparently hasn't been on the agenda in colleges for the past 50 years.

Great article!

We can only hope that real americans wake up to this empty suit and his socialist agenda.

Big Brother won't have anything on what this guy wants for americans.

Vote Republican, if for nothing else but to insure the Supreme Court does its job and doesn't create law.

Another example of the biased MSM.

I heard today that virtually everything about Obama is off limits, sealed, unavailable. This includes virtually all academic records, medical records, and everything from baptism certificate to birth certificate. Just how much is he hiding and why? Is he a secret agent? If so, for what side?

We know more about Vladimir Putin, the former lieutenant colonel in the KGB (and now Russian president) than we know about the man who seeks to be president of the US.

Monday Katie Couric interviewed "Slow Joe" Biden. On the financial crisis, Biden said, "Part of what a leader does is to instill confidence, is demonstrate that he or she knows what they're talking about and to communicates to people. If you listen to me and follow what I'm suggesting, we can fix this. When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on television..."

But FDR wasn't president until 1932; Republican Herbert Hoover was in office when the stock market crashed in 1929. There also was no television at the time; TV wasn't introduced to the public until a decade later, at the 1939 World's Fair.

However, because Biden is a Democrat, no one in the MSM has reported the gaff. Katie, of course, nodded in agreement, as if he had said something profound, rather than something stupid.
