Default The Real Party Of Special Interests

By Michael Reagan
July 18, 2008

Barack Obama is given to calling the GOP a party captive of hateful special interests.

It takes a lot of what my Jewish friends call "chutzpah" to suggest that unnamed special interests control the Republican Party when his own party is totally captive to the most wealthy and powerful special interests in the nation.

Obama and the national Democratic Party is owned lock, stock and barrel by the teachers' unions, the bosses of big labor, cash-heavy, tree-hugging environmental groups, and Planned Parenthood and its allies in the sleazy abortion industry.

lets see, Trial lawyers, union bosses, environmental zealots, militant homosexuals, code pink. The list goes on and on. The aforementioned are the minions of the increasingly radical democrat party!

Michael -- Thank you for your most inciteful article! You have hit the nail on the head. What I think is also happening is that BO really is a Muslim in disguise of being a Christian. If he were truly a Christian would he be for gay rights and abortion?? Even though now he is "refining his opinion" and is against partial birth abortion, which I don't believe. He's lying to us again and it's so apparent. Once a Muslim you're always a Muslim and that's why Iran is praying for his victory in November. I can't believe that the polls are showing that he's ahead given his losing positions on taxing us to death, wanting the US to remain in hostage to foreign oil cartels that are mostly controlled by Muslims, wanting us to lose the war on terrorism, wanting to abort every unwanted and precious baby, wanting to reduce the sacred rights of marriage to paganism, and the list goes on and on. The bottom line is that the Democratic Party has now become the party of almost every EVIL political position. Their platform is based upon keeping us in subject to big government, pandering to the weak for their sustaining votes to keep them victimized and on welfare rather than becoming successfully self-reliant.
Keep up the great work Michael and God bless you!!

As usual, Mike Reagan is on point! BO's "opinions" change with the winds - blown by the hot air of Special Interests.

McCain does a good job showing the flips and flops (not changes of opinion) here:

Truer words were never spoken.

Let's not forget moveon.org, funded by anti-American George Soros, who openly boast that they bought and paid for the Dem party.

Interesting to note, too, that the 'party of the little people' has more multi-millionaires is it's Capitol Hill contingent than the GOP who are supposedly walking around hand-in-hand with Big Business that is allegedly constantly looking for new ways to kill, rob, and cheat their customers.

Then there's big labor, which is running short on members whose compulsory dues they use to finance Democratic candidates. They want an end to secret balloting in certain labor elections, and Obama bends his knee and pledges to do big labor's bidding, and to heck with workers' rights.

I was a Union member for 35 years and this was always my "Pet Peeve". Every election cycle we would have the union leadership come around with their Dummycrat hand outs and buttons, spouting their slogans. I had enough seniority to tell them what to do with their candidate and their buttons.
I noticed Michael didn't mention G Soros and other fat cat Liberal billionaires. If the Republican Party is known as the Party of the Rich, Who are The Repub's?

I'm truly beginning to question the mentality of the American people. It's even MORE important today, to keep the White House in conservative hands than it was four years ago!!!
I can't even begin to imagine what people are thinking by ignoring all the warning signs already exposed about Obama.
Some don't like McCain because of his "stiff" appearance. Are they aware that this is the result of his sacrifice and injuries in Viet Nam?
And, don't even get me started about the differences between Cindy McCain and Michelle Obama. Amazing how Michelle is, all of a sudden, trying to show a "softer" family side. A HUGE contrast from her ravings during the primaries!!!!
I don't agree with everything Sen. McCain proposes, but he's sure better than the alternative or staying home from the polls to "prove a point"!!!!

I certainly agree with all of Mr. Reagan's assertions. Nevertheless. I think democrat ideology is inherently more dangerous than that of being bought out by special interests. I think that many democrats are true believers. I do hope that Obama is pandering instead of being a true believer. Mr. Gore is an example of a true believer; his views on global catastrophy is preposterous and yet he basks in the adulation that his belief has brought him.

My conclusion is that Obama is either a panderer or a nut.

Welcome to the forum Stephen!. You are getting your feet wet, and that is a good thing. Our buddy usually gets it right, and this time is no different. It would appear to me that the onions would realize that the democrat party and the union bosses are responsible for them losing all the good paying jobs up north. That is the reason most of the new mfg. plants are being located in the southern part of the country, because we have right to work laws down here. Some day GM and Ford will realize that ,and move down here too.We have a new steel plant being built in Mobile Al. and we already have three or four auto plants in Al. already. Merecedes, Hundai and some other plant in north Al. I see where VW has chosen Chatt. Tenn for their new plant, and I am sure labor costs has a lot to do with that. When we get the tanker contract, Mobile will be a boom town, and many other aircraft part plants will relocate here, and give people here good paying jobs. The unions will try to take over ,but I doubt it will happen.
