Manifold Dangers Of A Liberal Supreme Court

As far back as Sun Tzu, military strategists have well understood the concept that victory in war does not require the destruction of one's enemy, but merely convincing that enemy that destruction is inevitable if the fight continues. Similarly, in a dictatorship, absolute control is neither necessary nor, in most cases, even possible. All that is needed for the dictator to endure is the presumption among the underlings that the leader does indeed hold a monopoly of power.

It is a point that Americans ought to seriously ponder, as the future of their nation appears to increasingly rise and fall on the basis of a single vote in the United States Supreme Court.

"Boumediene v. Bush," possibly the most abominable and traitorous decision ever handed down by the Supreme Court (and again a 5 to 4 ruling), gives a shocking glimpse into how thoroughly an unaccountable and unrestrained court can insidiously destroy the nation. By its very name, this case representing a terrorist suit against the President of the United States, reveals how an out-of control Court can become a weapon for America's mortal enemies. And the Court's appalling decision, effectively granting "Constitutional Rights" to the terrorists, represents a level of collaboration with the enemy not witnessed within this nation's shores since the days of Benedict Arnold.

Anyone who thinks the communists haven't infiltrated our courts needs to think again.

Those liberals should be booted out and replaced.

but the problem remains, how do we do that with a Liberal Congress and having the Supreme Court having such a strong hold on their own futures. The SCOTUS will not allow any attempt by the President to go unchallenged and unmet by them(selves) and the Congress will not attempt to charge any one or more of them with Treason or Impeachment during this especially important time for those very VOTABLE candidates who are up for re-election or election into that august body we call Congress. They will not rock the boat in any manner that will upset their particular voters, thus we won't see any great changes coming about in the congress or the SCOTUS until and IF we are able to put McCain into the POTUS seat. IF Obama gets in, we can - and know, that he will actively go forward with appointing as many new liberals to the SCOTUS as possible, for that (change) is his total mantra. If McCain gets in, we hopefully wait to see where his true heart lays in this matter.

I can just see it now, Obama gets in and starts right out by increasing the number of Justices that are able to have a hand in law making, by increasing that number of sitting in office to his desired number, (all liberal) and then he would start sending the Conservative Justices up for their so-called Impeachment orders, because they are too Conservative and they are not abiding by the "living" constitution that needs to be constantly revised to meet the ever changing conditions in the world, such as the "peasants having weapons to use to incite revolution" and that 2nd Amendmenet will be stripped from the books.

Want to take any bets on how fast he gets that ruling reversed????

It makes goose bumps come up on you.The very idea of him getting in there and appointing judges that will probably serve for 20 years or more.The onlyway it will get beter is to get John in there by hook or crook and let him appoint conservative judges to over turn some of the stupid decisions this court has turned out.Justice Kennedy will be leaving for Europe soon ,to learn more about our living constution, and to spread some false thruths about our justice system. They should revoke his passport and make him stay home this year.
