Who Is Obama? Where Is The Press?

How would one sneak a left-wing radical into the Oval Office in broad daylight? Perhaps the same way that President George W. Bush got two strong conservatives on the Supreme Court: Find a candidate without a paper trail on the most controversial issues. For those of us who suspect but cannot yet prove that Barack Obama is a genuine radical leftist, his lack of much of a voting record is going to make it difficult to prove what his real values, policies and motives are to be president.

This is particularly the case because the media is so obviously going to give Obama cover not only for his current revelatory gaffes but also for embarrassing bits from his past.

For example, back on June 2, National Review Online ran an extraordinary article by Stanley Kurtz that closely assessed a 1995 article about Obama by Hank De Zutter titled "What Makes Obama Run?" The essence of his thesis is the following:

The New York Times and the left wing media have a global agenda...their Brave New World or New World Order, if you will. Obama is just another Saul Alinsky platitude distributor that fits the needs of the Times (and/or times...with a small 't'). I first recognized this trend (and you should have also) back in the 90's when the New York Times' Hedrick Smith admitted their global agenda (see "The New Russians" in the introductory). This is a well concieved plan...a long time in the making and not just some simple conspiracy theory;it's real!

McCain better start rattling his cage and the RNC should be issuing daily statements and press releases. The MSM won't and if they depend on talk radio and GOPUSA to get the word out - well the're already preaching th the choir.

Hussein is a committed neo-Marxist but that vital tidbit of info will never appear in the MSM. Thank God for the internet, talk radio, Fox News (mostly), and responsible journals like National Review, The American Spectator, and Townhall.

On top of that, Hussein's an empty suit - a know-nothing. When the subject of his proposal to raise the capital gains tax came up during a softball interview, he seemed genuinely surprised to hear that capital gains tax revenue actually increased when taxes were lowered, then muttered something about having to increase the tax regardless in the name of 'fairness'. A prime example of dangerous ignorance. Not reported in the MSM.

Eventually, the MSM may be embarrassed into reporting the facts, as CBS did about Shrillary's claims to landing under gunfire in the Balkans, but we shouldn't hold our breaths.

Forum Members, feel free to vet these or elaborate!

Is there absolutely no curiosity at The Washington Post, The Associated Press or even The New York Times about the assertion by the man who is considered likely to be president of the United States come noon Jan. 20, 2009, that letting Americans eat as much as they want is "not going to happen"?

Not only do I not expect any such curiosity from these liberal Democrat MSM, but I expect these to cover it up in accordance with their liberalistic biases unless proved otherwise beyond a shadow of any doubt that I may ever have.

There's enough leak-through about Senator Obama that causes me to repeatedly say that we conservative grass roots (not incarcerated in Uncle Sam's Plantation described by Star Parker) will be each working 2-3 jobs, with wages garnished and taxed out the gazoo to support Senator Obama's CommunistCare in all respects, in order to keep our families from eating vacuum for dinner, while we spend the rest of our time to really keep from being incarcerated for desparately trying to keep our conservative world views from being totally declared illegal. Senator Clinton is no different. From the Christian point of view, without stewardship of the culture, or rendering unto Caesar which is all of us Americans and not just taxes either (voting, hireling feedback, self-governance citizenship), being salt in the culture and light on the hill, you'd all be finding out what the persecuted church is really like, trending down to Communist China, any IslamoFascist country, all the way to North Korea.

Stanley Kurtz ... suggests a different and far more disturbing interpretation of Obama's relationships with Wright and Pfleger, a responsible mainstream media would seek out Obama and, at the minimum, ask him whether the things the 1995 De Sutter article quotes him as saying are, in fact, things he said. They might even ask him to explain himself. Because if the 1995 article is an accurate reflection of what Obama said, then most of what he has said in the past few months about the Wright affair and Trinity United Church of Christ could not continue to be viewed as believable.

Or more accurately, Senator Obama is resorting to the standard liberal tactic of lying through his teeth when he is caught red handed. This is worse than a one-time Democratic President telling us Americans, "I did not have sex with that woman."

I would like to suspect that if we conservatives can break this increasingly burgeoning Obama smooth talk dam, the flood will be huge. On this Forum, we all sure have many tons of vetted information of just Who Obama really is, e.g.,

Cliff Kincaid of AIM has done a yeoman's work of exposing Senator Obama's communism. Now we see Stanley Kurtz doing an indepth serious multi-part series. And even Democratic Congressman Boren of Oklahoma has been cited to state that Senator Obama is "the most liberal senator in the U.S. Senate." If a Democrat "super" delegate states this publicly on the liberal Washington Post on front page A01 Monday, June 9, 2008, it's really bad news. But expect, as reported, Mr. Boren to back Mr. Obama regardless of whether he renders an endorsement or not.

A ton of information, just from our Forum, about "just who Obama really is" is now just waiting for us conservative grass roots to send these public informations out to our personal networks.

Here's two of the biggest spearheads that the liberals want to use against us conservatives--personally, that is:

To combat antiFairness Doctrine, of which Congressman Pence needs 20 more "less liberal" Democrats to support it to get to the 218 signatures needed to force HR 2905, the Broadcasters Freedom Act of 2007, to a floor vote against Nancy Pelosi.

Or we may lose our watchmen-on-the-walls and much of Christian broadcasting and preaching starting January 20, 2009, whether Obama, or "reach across the aisle and appease" McCain.

To those of us blessed to have one of these "less liberal" Democrats (e.g., Blue Dogs, Pro-Life Democrats), it's time to hold them to account for declaring their conservative centrism.

Among many others, Jay Sekulow of the ACLJ is enabling us to fight this one.

On this thomas web site, you can look up whether your Congress Critter has co-sponsored this legislation. Or use http://thomas.loc.gov, then enter 'HR 2905', then look up "Bill Summary and Status" then click on "Co-sponsors."

They won't aim towards PBS, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, LAT, NYT, AP, Reuters, Newsweek, or their own Rather-Maher ranters, etc, but only against OUR conservative media with which they can't compete or hold a monopoly against. Remember "Air America" failed, and is having a hard time being resurrected.

This antiFairness Doctrine can be that watershed event to even shut down our Forum. Remember former Republican Senator Rick Santorum repeating an academic's statement that legalizing homosexual practice can lead to polygamy/polyandry to necro-sex, and beastiality? So it can be here. GOPUSA is getting a growing Membership and following. Such has a way of getting noticed after a while, by liberals and anti-conservatives. We've seen them 'wolf' themselves into our "sheepfold" here.

Then there's the Pelosi multiple attempt to keep running the anti-conservative grass roots lobbying legislation, which can end up effectively block us grass roots from even contacting our Congress Critters on pain of being forced to register as "lobbyists" with all the fees payable thereby, or find ourselves looking behind round stock with criminal monetary penalties on top--sort of like Communist China shooting the fathers and billing the family for the bullet. Pelosi had been caught yet by the conservative internet press trying this one again, but like kids with candy, expect her to do it again, soon.

Unless we conservative citizens defend our U.S. Constitution, our rights as enumerated therein won't be worth a "plugged nickel" regardless of who is President or who is in Congress. Just because a right is in the Constitution, it doesn't mean that it will be officially respected let alone obeyed--the liberals get around the wording by calling it a "living breathing document" as if the amendment process has no meaning, particularly to a legislating Federal judiciary.

Mr. Blankley is a most astute journalist and poses the proper question asking who is Sen. B.O. and why is the MSM not doing it's job, again?

I would phrase it this way, Sen. B.O. is in debt to someone, his mentors from the cult, his questionable friends from the extreme left or those who give him credence in the MSM. This needs to be examined since Sen. B.O. has a weakness of character, gift of gaffe, loss of history and it's application and a inability to conjour up the correct number of states which composes this nation.

I would ask openly, "Who's butt boy is the Senator?"

Well MISSL, we certainly aren't going to see the media do anything more than sing his praises and bow at his feet in adoration - probably on a prayer rug. Of course when it comes to John McCain we will only be told the same old lies and exagerations, just like they've done to President Bush during the last 7-1/2 years.

A huge thanks to you Gumbi for excerpting from Senator Obama's own books. It makes a President Obama out to be the ultimate Communist-IslamoFascist dream ticket--a Hugo Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmedinejad all rolled up into one and "in control of the Great Satan" no less, and this, by Senator Obama's own admission in clear non-retractible public writing (i.e., cat's out of the bag and all the way around the world before his internet war room can stop it). And with Hillary as running mate (I doubt it, but hope not also)? "Terrorists Prefer Hillary" As leftist author Sinclair Lewis put it in It Can't Happen Here, it could happen here in the way that Lewis described in this classic.

ontime, I'm almost taking this question as basically rhetorical. Because the MSM as the liberal organ that it is, is surely doing its job of making and manipulating the news.

And as such, we conservatives must never ever expect to predicate on it to report stuff contrary to the liberal communist line. The fact that they do, based on results, I regard as an exception, like Democratic Congressman Boren's observations of Senator Obama.

We'll need to report this kind of stuff ourselves, to our networks of people, to our conservative organizations, to our Republican local organizations, who most likely might not realize the extent of Senator Obama's communist-IslamoFacism like we do on the Forum. We all need to blow Obama's dam apart for who he really is to all the American people. And we've got five months to succeed.
