McCain Supports Radical Muslims In Kosovo
By Cliff Kincaid
March 27, 2008
If the media are on the lookout for gaffes by the presidential campaigns, they missed a big one on Wednesday, when Cindy McCain met with Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci in Kosovo's capital Pristina, while her husband was giving a major foreign policy speech calling for "new foundations for a stable and enduring peace." Kosovo's declaration of independence, which McCain accepts and was implicitly recognized by Cindy McCain's visit to Pristina, is a major threat to global peace and security. It could spark a U.S. war with Russia.
It may be asking too much, however, for the media to cover a gaffe like this. The Kosovo policy is a bipartisan blunder. For the liberal media, Iraq, where McCain differs with Hillary and Obama about the length of stay of the U.S. military, seems to be the only foreign policy issue worth talking about. But the U.S. faces other major problems.

Re: McCain Supports Radical Muslims In Kosovo
"If foreign policy is McCain's strong suit, we are in serious trouble. His policy is the same as that of Democrats Hillary and Obama. And yet McCain says that Russia has a deficit of democracy. "
now we see what money can do to the fabric of politics. unless you have 20-30 million $ and the backing of the national party, you cannot have a camdidate who is a conservative. money trumps all, it stages the candidates and controls the media.
we could have had any number of better candidates than mc cain, namely, duncan hunter, tom tancredo, and even mitt romney. however the news media was biased toward obama so badly, they would not give them an even coverage. they shaped their coverage so there was seemingly no other candidate other than obama. they can't be prosecuted for thier bias other than loosing our patronage, something we very much ougth to do.
fred thompson seemed to have the conservative views but he did not either have the money or the will to present himself effectively.
i cannot trust mc cain but there seems to be no choice but to support him, we cannot let clinton or obama win. this would be the worst thing to happen since carter. we would loose control of our sovereignty, our world leadership, most surely the respect of the iraques, our persomal freedoms and personal wealth due to the terrific tax increases that would have to come due to the socialistic programs the dems propose.
what can we do? the only thing, i see, is elect mc cain and then hold him, and all republican congressmen accountable with the threat of impeachment if they do not protect the borders as they has said AND inundate the republican congressmen when they stray from the conservative line. what choice do we have, we have too long allow them to "run" the nation WITHOUT us saying much at all. NOW IS THE TIME FOR ALL GOOD MEN TO SPEAK FOR THE GOOD OF THE NATION.

Wow - Cliff Kincaid doesn't seem to like our candidate. That kinda puts McCain in good company since Kincaid doesn't approve of Ann Coulter either. (See The Britney Spears Of The Right, GOPUSA March 5, 2007)
Maybe he's seeking a position with the NY Times where allegation without substance seem to be the norm.

This is not that simple. Former Yugoslavia is a place where the Republican administration could and should have found kind of common ground with Russians. Letting Russians to heal their wounds, the US could trade it for some crucial concessions about Iran and Iraq.
One-sided Clintonian anti-Serb position (in order to appease American enemies and competitors) allowed the same foes to instigate anti-American sentiments among the Russians. I was there – I remember how even very pro-American Russians turned to haters – to the joy among Islamo-Nazis and some “allies”. Bush Administration had an excellent opportunity to fix the situation: distancing from Clintonian moronic deeds and giving Russians what was what they need –self-esteem, the currency that means a lot. “Helping Serbian brothers” – is the very powerful motive for Russians since 1800th - and we could gain pretty calm Middle East. Looks like those lefties in the State Dept do not know history at all, just Marxist "social studies"…
