A World Without America

It seems as though the entire world hates America. And there are those, of course, who would like to destroy us, ranging from Islamofascist religious fanatics to socialist and communist believers, to the Americans who hate America crowd, all blaming us for the ills of the world. To what end? Their reasons may vary, but it is certainly not to better the lot of mankind, unless of course you are among those who happen to believe the world would be better off without us and with them in charge. But, who would really be better off if we didn't exist?

Without doubt, if America did not exist, the world would be a very different place. I just don't know if those who hate America so much and would like to destroy us have thought much beyond the ends of their noses.

Without America, the world would be a different world, from the UN, feeding the poor around the world, to protecting them from other countries.

Maybe America should hold back its money, let the rest of the world see what it would be like without our help.

More important than looking back at what the world would have been like without the U.S., we should be looking ahead to what it would be like in the future, should this country cease to exist in the form she's been for 200+ years. That's the real kicker.

Perhaps the real danger is that if we cease to exist as we have been, we are likely to morph into just another socialist country, giving even more money to the global government run by the U.N. That would be the supreme tragedy.

Hello !!!! The America we know, and have known, is rapidly declining, being dismantled and destroyed by the socialist-communist-fascisit-liberal-minded democratic party, and its leaders.... (which really began with LBJ's 'Great Society' of the 1960's, and all the liberal judges on all the benches across America ---- not just The Surpreme Court mind you, all the liberal public schools, Universities and Colleges that promote socialist idealogies and agendas ---- upon unsuspecting young minds of America's youth) ---- from within our own country and society. They now have the after-burners on at 'full trottle' to destroy our America.

Are we going to let them, the demo's, be successful in destroying our America ???? Something no other nation or enemy has be capable of doing throughout our history!

It's past-time to stand up, and fight ----- and get out the vote to defeat them.

Why not try to be in isolation. Close down the UN, kick them out of the country, quit letting foreigners into our country, build tall fences on both borders, quit sending foreign aid to all the countries that are on our dole, quit fighting other peoples wars and just take care of our country. And we drill for our own oil in our own country and if Hawaii wants to secede from the Union, let them. Unless you can prove you were born here then you leave, all corporations only do business here in this country. LET THE WORLD FIND OUT WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE WITHOUT AMERICA AND ITS PEOPLE.

I agree we need to pull all our aid in and close the boarder no more immigrants not money no nothing Let the world find out just how much we do . Everyone hates us anyway so let them hate us just a little more. I am sic of supporting an ungrateful world.

That all sounds well and good if you don't think of the future. If we'd shut down all our borders, stop trading with other countries we'd end up with, I'm guessing, about 30% unemployment and that's just the first. We have such a large economy because we trade with everyone.

Becoming isolationist isn't not only not going to happen, it shouldn't happen. It would be a disaster for our country. The whole world economy would collapse, regardless if they think so or not. We'd end up with the status and economy of a Cuba.

Please think ahead to what you're advocating. It's never good to have a temper tantrum when you're standing on the edge of a cliff. It's a long way down.

It was an OK article, but a lot of the technology he said was invented by us was also in development in other parts of the world. We may have beat them to the punch, but a lot of it would have occurred anyway. Maybe not in the exact same way, and it may have taken longer, but would have been developed.

I think we all know the world hates us...but maybe one of the reasons we are still here is because we have some of the most advanced scientific minds and technology in the world.

If they destroy us...who would they have to come to their aid and who better to steal tecknology from? There are spies from every country in the world trying to steal all they can so they can bring themselves up to date and be competitive.

IMO, if american goes down so does the rest of the world. And I don't think I want to live in that kind of world. It's bad enough with us still here let alone without us.

INDEED! The insanity of it all is the "Global Warming" hoax that our industries will destroy our Atmosphere, melt the Artic ice and kill the Polar Bears. Good grief! The Atmospheric Scientists have proved "Global Warming" is BS and Al Gore gets the Nobel Prize! What a hoot!

Combined with the Marxist spies who have infiltrated every department of our government and undermining all Republican administrations with their ideology and leaks of top secret information, our Republic has formidable enemies who need to be purged from our country.

I will call them indigenous people of America. I will never call them American citizens. They are no different than the scum who sneak across our Borders intent on destroying our culture, our military and our Republic with their Marxist ideology.

Socialism has been a miserable failure round the world. Think Cuba, Venezuela and other Latin American countries. Socialism/Communism? Think North Korea and Russia. Freedom is nonexistant. Your life is controlled by the Dictator!

I cannot imagine a world without America, but Harris R. Sherline painted a very clear picture of what the world would resemble if America never existed. I know this, I would not live under any goverment other than our American Republic form of government.

America prevents the Mullahs of Islam from dominion of the world, ruled by their Imam and governed by Sharia law. American citizens will prevent the Marxist from controlling our government by voting for Senator McCain.
