RAMALLAH, West Bank (AP) -- Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice pushed hard Tuesday to resume Israeli-Palestinian peace talks,

With all due respect to secretary Rice; she is trying to do an admirable job of tying together two opposing poles that automatically reject each other no matter how hard one tries.
IMO, these two factions are as compatiable as mixing oil and water an expecting cohesion.
Secretary Rice and our state department are trying to pick the "lock of success" with the same key that has failed every time.
Why we waste time, energy, and tax dollars trying to do the impossible is rediculous.
We should not feel one bit of guilt by backing out of "ineffective talks" that have proven too many times to be totally rejected by Hamas and Hezbollah parties and let them fight it out.
The only time peace will be achieved in that region is for Israel to completely destroy her enemies. Plain and simple.
Talking is seen as a weakness by the jihadists and they are not impressed. A greater force is all they respect... not words.
