Obama's Communist Mentor
By Cliff Kincaid
February 19, 2008
In his biography of Barack Obama, David Mendell writes about Obama's life as a "secret smoker" and how he "went to great lengths to conceal the habit." But what about Obama's secret political life? It turns out that Obama's childhood mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, was a communist.
In his books, Obama admits attending "socialist conferences" and coming into contact with Marxist literature. But he ridicules the charge of being a "hard-core academic Marxist," which was made by his colorful and outspoken 2004 U.S. Senate opponent, Republican Alan Keyes.
However, through Frank Marshall Davis, Obama had an admitted relationship with someone who was publicly identified as a member of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). The record shows that Obama was in Hawaii from 1971-1979, where, at some point in time, he developed a close relationship, almost like a son, with Davis, listening to his "poetry" and getting advice on his career path. But Obama, in his book, Dreams From My Father, refers to him repeatedly as just "Frank."

Re: Obama's Communist Mentor
Wow! Though I'm not all that surprised to read this documentation about Barak Obama's communist roots. Maybe this explains why he's readily admitted cocaine use and being a "secret smoker".
Of course, Mrs. Clinton has her own Communist Party credentials in her resume, according to Dick Morris who has referred to her work for "Bob Truehaft, the head of the California Communist Party" following her graduation.
Neither Barak nor Hillary have done anything to disabuse me of the suspicion they have been strongly and permanently influenced by their Marxist recruiters.
The Communist Party must be having a grand old time, something like Don King before a title fight in which he "owns" both fighters.

Re: Obama's Communist Mentor
But, ponder real deeply what these communist connections will mean to the survival of the United States, let alone the legality of any of our conservative world views if either Hillary or Obama takes Presidential power.
The more evidence about Hillary and Obama, and the Democratic Party that comes in, the more reason that we have of an increasing probability that the United States might well not last the 4 years of their term intact.
Here are a few more pieces:
UN Rights of the Child that Billary signed but not ratified by the Senate (yet). You lose your authority over your kids, while still being stuck with the responsibility for them. Judges, like in Washington State and other states have been using it against parents. Homeschooling will be history (and worse than the Melissa episode in Germany).
UN attempt to run the internet. We can lose Forums like this, and all conservative internet media.
Garnishing wages that not only Hillary said she'll do but Obama's communist upbringing would lead him to do as well, and not for just their socialist health care either.
AntiFairness Doctrine shutting down our conservative talk radio. We've had some informative threads on conservative talk radio.
In short, based on the legislative attempts on Christians and conservatives throughout last year's "liberal" (nay, socialist-communist) Democratically controlled 110th Congress, I would expect to see Christians and conservatives jailed and otherwise persecuted without recourse in the third world sense under Hillary and particularly under Obama. Obama is a perceptive student of mass American psychology--his mind poisoning mantra chanting, "change, change, change, hope, hope, hope," by those American crowds around him would make him a superb teacher to the liberal MSM on how to mind-poison a very willing brainless American electorate. And ready to get soaked, fleeced, and disposed of like the typical communist-ready proletariats that they appear to be.
What then, conservatives? All this flack over McCain because we conservatives aggregately (i.e., enough of us) just couldn't take the time to vet candidates like Hunter, Keyes, Thompson, and other all-around conservatives, and get them the solid traction their conservatism should have gotten. And we had twice the time over previous Presidential elections, two years, to do this? And I hear now about too many conservative advocating and planning vote suicide in support of Hillary or Obama, just like I heard in the weeks before Nov 2006?
Then many of us conservatives declare, openly or implicitly (complicitly?) that Hillary (or Obama) is better than McCain, or that Hillary or Obama would be a good thrashing lesson for Republicans?
Are we conservatives nuts, like the liberals like to claim (for their own reasons)?
We conservatives have proved that we can stop a McCain like we stopped Bush in his liberal streaking. We'll have to work much harder to stop McCain's liberal streakings, and each of us conservatives need to watch McCain and the rest of our hireling reps and leaders constantly, on top of our jobs, families, and other obligations. But that is still easier than trying to raise kids that the state has declared to be their property, maintain a marriage, and go about our activities, from a jail cell at worse.
Besides, we conservatives should be the tops in an American traditional self-governance citizenship life style any way.
It's a "brave new world" with all that this book title implies. A world where communists and IslamoFascist play for keeps. Firing squad or sword style keeps, just like was done in South East Asia courtesy of the communist-dominated Democratic Party and in communist countries today, and where ever IslamoFascism rules the day. And, as we have seen, communists and IslamoFascists are getting together both internationally (Hugo Chavez + Ahmedinejad) and nationally (Code Pink in Berkeley, WWP organ International ANSWER behind most every anti-IslamoFascist defense protest).
Republicans might not get a simple thrashing, but far far worse over the course of the next 4 year Presidential term, and conservatives and Christians may be singled out for special treatment like they are in all communist and IslamoFascist countries.
We conservatives and Christians just might get one more chance, on November 4, 2008, our third chance. Would mighty Casey strike out, and out of the game altogther? And then, we'll all see who is inconsistent, contradictory, and hypocritically suicidal: the liberals or the conservatives. (I'd say both are: both will not survive a communist or IslamoFascist totalitarian dictatorship in the United States.)

Re: Obama's Communist Mentor
B.O. in my opinion has a number of flaws that would exclude him from my categories of electable folk.
But, if we Republicans are considered all right wing, then it must be concluded that all Democrats are communist dupes......those darn sound bytes are a real nuisance.

I'm glad this is getting out but how many are paying attention?

Re: Obama's Communist Mentor
It is getting out, and Iam going to email this whole thread to all my friends. If we all do this, we will get the word out. We have to play dirty if necessary, to stop this movement going on in our midst. You know, it is sort of funny, and not funny, that both of the dem. candidates come from Ill. Could it be that there is a conspiracy going on, being orchestrated from the halls in Chicago, the home of the mob? I hope all the members who read these posts, heard John's speech in Ohio tonight. If you did not, see if you can't locate it, and listen to what he is saying now. He had all his team out in Az over the week end, eating bbq, and stratigizing their next moves. I hope it is good enough to turn the tables on the neocomdems, and helps us elect a gOP sweep this fall.

Re: Obama's Communist Mentor
I wonder how many people today, including the author, realize that it was 'The House Commitee on Un-American Activities' not, as the Communists called it 'The House Un-American Activities Commitee". Small point maybe, but it sure grates on me when I hear it. Old Boot

Re: Obama's Communist Mentor
obama does not deserve to be a presidential candidate. if you look at his record, we should not elect a person who has so many ties to the communist party.
you can't choose your relatives BUT you sure as h*ll can choose your friends, and he has NOT chosen wisely.....

Re: Obama's Communist Mentor
Obama is a "COMMUNIST", just like Hillary and all those associated with the Democrat Party!

Great line, AJ, and relevent to boot. And the exposure of Obama's reliance on people with extremist agendas continues to mount.
