Default Judge Delays Part of Ariz.-Mexico Fence

By SUZANNE GAMBOA
Associated Press
October 11, 2007

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A federal judge temporarily delayed construction Wednesday of a 1.5-mile section of a U.S.-Mexico border fence in a wildlife conservation area on the Arizona-Mexico border.

The Defenders of Wildlife and the Sierra Club had requested a 10-day delay in a motion alleging the Bureau of Land Management and other agencies failed to conduct a thorough study of the fence's effects on the environment.

U.S. District Judge Ellen Segal Huvelle said she granted the delay because the federal government did not explain why it hurried through an environmental assessment and quickly began construction of the fence.

ok Judge, delay the construction of the border fence. I think any illegal caught in this 1.5 mille section of border should be transported to your home and placed in your custody. I'll bet it wouldn't take you long to change your ruling once these illegals started committing crimes in your neighborhood!

dittos. This is one more judge over stepping his bounds. He needs to brought up on charges for treason by letting more illegals into the country.

"The judiciary of the United States is the subtle corps of sappers and miners constantly working under ground to undermine the foundations of our confederated fabric. They are construing our constitution from a co-ordination of a general and special government to a general and supreme one alone." --Thomas Jefferson
And another thing:

Curbs on illegal hiring blocked
Ruling halts effort to target employers

By Spencer S. Hsu
THE WASHINGTON POST
WASHINGTON – "A federal judge barred the Bush administration yesterday from launching a crackdown on U.S. firms that hire illegal immigrants, warning of its potentially staggering impact on law-abiding workers and companies,"

The time has come to hold these judges responsible for their crimes against the USA and for aiding and abetting criminals. These wild eyed judges must not only be defrocked but siezed, indicted for their crimes and face prison sentences and fines befitting their crimes. They have betrayed their trust and position and must be punished to the full extent of the law.

Duh... it wouldn't be because a gazillion mexicans are sneaking in each year, would it?

Ten to one this female judge was put in place by the klintons.

Thumbs down Re: Judge Delays Part of Ariz.-Mexico Fence

This Judge should be immediately removed for putting the fate of the Kangaroo Rat or other species of insect or vermin (...term used in its literal sense, of course) ahead of National Security.

Unfortunately, with only a few notable exceptions, members of Congress seem nearly as oblivious to the importance of securing our borders, or the risks associated with maintaining the open borders status quo.

The determination and tenacity of certain members of Congress to implement an open borders/amnesty policy (including the backdoor freebees for illegals included in the astronomical proposed expansion of the SCHIP program), in spite of the outcry from their constituencies last June, has changed my former opposition to term limits to a position of total support.

Impeach this worthless judge, and throw the worthless bums out of Congress! (Even your state’s favorite worthless bum)

It’s time that these feeble judges and worthless politicrats are sent packin.

It's not rocket science, there are people that want to kill us and they are coming over the border with the illegals. What kind of liberal lunatic, kool aid drinking, bed wetter is sitting on this bench? Maybe she should be booted along with illegals! Some people just don't get it!

(she granted the delay because the federal government did not explain why it hurried through an environmental assessment and quickly began construction of the fence.)

hmmm, to which environmental study do you refer to??? the one about the poor little critter that can't get thru the fence to get a drink of water in the river, or the one about the huge impact on ALL the little critters affected by human fecal matter and garbage littering the desert floor put there by the huge volumne of illegals sneaking into the country for the chance to steal jobs, steal identities, rape, murder, etc. etc. etc. and figure they can get away with it all????

throw the witch out since she hasn't the brains to poor pee out of a boot before putting it on!!!

Did anyone compare the environmental impact of the fence to the enviromnmental impact of all the trash the illegals scatter over the areas where they cross?

I've said it once and I'll say it again...Where DO these people come from? Could it be she has a relative in Mexico that wants to cross over in her district? Maids from Mexico are cheaper...they say....what with all that cleaning, dusting, and washing widows stuff.
