Media Homosexuals Target General Pace

The Washington Post claims in an editorial that there is an "uproar" over General Peter Pace expressing his view that homosexuality is immoral. (web site) This is another manufactured "scandal" designed to put a top official, in this case the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, in a bad light. This "uproar," such as it is, has come from papers like the Post and homosexual rights activists. It is an effort at intimidation, pure and simple, and thought control.

At this point in the media-generated controversy, Pace has not apologized but has been forced to say he should not have emphasized his own personal views on the subject. Some stories are saying Pace has expressed "regret" or "mild regret."

As a Christian, I dont feel the need to apologize for saying homosexuality is immoral. WHAT the homosexuals REALLY want is for the rest of the world to tell them whatever they want to do is ok. WRONG ANSWER!! Then, I guess, if we do that, we have to tell the rapists, murderers, child molesters, and the rest of the crazies, that it is ok to do whatever you want. Nope, cant, and wont. Get over it. I still have the right to say what I think and what I believe. It is wrong to "hate" as "hate" is just one step away from murder. I dont like the homosexual life-style and never will. I believe it to be immoral and wrong. GET OVER IT.

As usual, the "tolerant" left shows it's intolerance of anybody that disagrees with them. Once, what they did was against the law. Then, they got the laws changed so that simply disagreeing with them is going to be illegal. Apparently, homosexuals are the only ones entitled to free speech. The rest of us should just shut up & "embrace" them & their lifestyle.
I won't do it..they can live their lives anyway they want, but DO NOT try to force me to agree or "embrace" it. Or to pay for it with my taxes. I should be able to speak as freely against their perversion, as they are to speak for it.

The media should stick to reporting the news, without the slant, or they should be forced to indicate that it is not a news story, just an editorial. Trying to pass off their moronic opinion as "fact" or "news" is disgusting & wrong.

Conservatives in this country really have their work cut out for them...taking our country back from the loony left. Especially with the media & indoctrination centers (schools) on the side of the Sodomites.

The funny thing is: they consider us to be "gun-toting rednecks"...you'd think they wouldn't want to upset us. Of course, most conservatives respect the law..instead of finding ways around them.

I know that Ann Coulter is an avid reader of GOPUSA, Ann, do you know where Edwards stands on this issue? Is it possible you opened a closet door that was not supposed to be mentioned. There is no comparison between Ann Coulter and General Pace.

Pace gave his well reasoned moral opinion.

Coulter screamed a gutter slur from the stage.

Such a comparison is an insult to the general.

The fact that General Pace's personal views corresponds with his professional views indicates that the General has an integrity of being that we American citizens should be able to expect from the professionals who defend our American territorial integrity and liberties.

General Pace need not apologize for either his personal stance, nor for his professional stance, being identical and the same, for the same reasons.

Liberal Democrats with their homosexual allies have no such integrity. Their only consistency is that of being inconsistent, contradictory hypocrits.

Once we conservative grass roots individuals understand that basic fact, then we can counter them. Same as understanding the basic fact of IslamoFascism--namely properly identifying them.


And, it would be one big true "failure" of the Bush Administration if General Pace were fired over saying the truth.

got to start somewhere, so we individual grass roots conservatives can start uniting up while taking full advantage of the Soros useful idiots. This is still the government by the people, so us people of conservative bent can still make this government for the people as we (1) work hard before the primaries, then (2) vote, and finally (3) hold those hirelings' feet to the fire, as we continue to search out those all-around conservative candidates for public office.

And if Bush/Gates lets General Pace go, that would make it that much the more incumbent on us individual grass roots conservatives to work all out for our all-around conservative Presidential candidates before the state primaries. We need that strongly principled conservative President to lead us for the next eight years after 2008 (and then another eight years, after 2016).

Based on how Mr. Duncan Hunter has been using the liberal Democrat press reminiscent of Mr. Reagan's skill, and his voting track record, Mr. Hunter has demonstrated himself to be among the tops in all-around conservative Presidential candidates. See Clinton, Obama skirt queries on gays in the military in Campaigns and Elections. The two top presidential candidates of the Democrat Party, that great champion of open homosexuality, ran for cover when given the chance to criticize Gen. Pace's comments.

General Pace is right...and i would not be surprised to see him get the Rumsfeldian award (fired)for his honesty and professionalism. Homosexual activism is as much an undermining threat to the U.S. as is islamic activism in that both parties seek to have any viewpoint other than their own classified (and more importantely codefied) as Hate speech or hate crimes. Homosexuality is immoral behavior, allah is not the god of the bible and abortion is murder...legal or not. It doesn't matter how many logs you have in your cabin if it's foundation is not built on the Biblical truth it won't stand the test of time.

We have been so programmed to be pc and this is the result. Now a conservative cannot speak in public about his/her beliefs. I made up my mind quite a while ago that enough was enough. We must speak out and not allow ourselves to be intimidated by the 'thought police' which is any liberal.

As conservatives, it is our way to be polite and give in rather than be rude when we disagree with a liberal. This is a war for our country and "nice guys finish last" seems to be coming true. Living in a blue state, I can't tell you how many times I've bitten my tongue when a liberal has insulted me and become downright nasty because they disagreed with my viewpoint.

It is past time to speak out against what is wrong and stop worrying about being pc. It is getting us nowhere, but it is bringing our culture down to the liberal's level.

We can do it intelligently, calmly, truthfully and firmly in a professional way just as Pace did it.
