I have not seen any obit or mention of GOPUSA contributer Tony Blankley's death on this site (strange), but I think he was one of few analysts I could read that made his point without being over-the-top.

First became aware of Mr.Blankley when I started watching the McLaughlin Group while in high school. He always seemed to be the voice of reason on the show, even though I was a liberal at the time. Calmly and intelligently explaining his view point amidst the chaos.

Years later I would continue reading his articles at the Times and through syndication, always reassured by his articulate message that conservatism was not only just, but the best option for a truely free and natural society. I think I'm not alone in saying we will miss reading your articles here.
