I have been driven http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif trying to get my local government to DO something about a subcontractor that is redoing our city sidewalks..

The crews are 95% Hispanic and do not speak English.. None of the equipment has a name on it and my Mayor's office WILL NOT tell me the name of the subcontractor..
