This question of Hitlery Clinton running for President in 2004 keeps coming up, like last night's anchovy pizza.

OK, OK, I know...She's said repeatedly that the citizens of New York that she would serve a full six-year term before seeking another political office. However, most adults have learned to accept her denials with about the same amount of salt as we took with "I didn't have sex with that woman".

Now, Bubba has been quoted as saying at a Fundraiser in Monterrey that Hitlery has been asked by many of her constituents to run for president.

"I was impressed at the state fair in New York, which is in Republican country in upstate New York, at how many New Yorkers came up and said they would release her from her commitment if she wanted to do it"

The bar, for Hitlery is set forever low, I fear, at least as far as her followers are concerned.

We know she's filed for the office. Further, we know, by way of Dick Morris, that she's been telling the Democrat bigwigs not to contribute to any of the current crop of candidates. We also know she's been raising money for herself, such as at that party in the Hamptons last July.

When she runs, Hitlary will hardly be the first to backtrack on such denials.

Let's consider Bobby Kennedy, who in 1968 told the Christian Science Monitor that it was "inconceivable" that he would enter the process of running for president. Of course, he was lying. He claimed of course the conditions had changed and ran for the office. His being shot was the only reason why Hubert Humphrey won the nomination, and in turn why Richard Nixon won the election.

What conditions could change sufficiently to give Clinton the cover she needs to run for President? Everyone in the world including the Iraqi citizens knows that the Democrats are downright desperate in their attempt to unseat President Bush. (The anti-Saddam Iraqis are particularly concerned over it, for fear that if the Democrats regain power here in the States, a Free Iraq is no longer on the table.)

The Democrats after many years of denial can finally can see clearly that if they don't get something going this next cycle they're going down for the count. They know based on what even their own researchers are telling them, that they only have one candidate who has a hope in hell of beating President Bush, and that's Hitlery. None of the rest of the current crop can even get the Democrats behind him, her, or in the case of Kucinich, it. Hitlery is watching all of this. She knows about all these factors, and is doubtless champing at the bit to get the campaign going.

Hitlery has an added consideration in her never ending quest for power; timing. Let's say by some major stroke of bad luck for America and the world, a Democrat wins in 2004. Let's further imagine that winner isn't Hitlery. Does she expect to try to unseat a sitting Democrat in 2008? I don't think so, Tim. The obvious conclusion is she needs to run in this election cycle.

A recent interview with Larry Nichols suggest this scenario has some history.

"Pioneer Clinton whistleblower Larry Nichols has some advice for anyone who heard Hillary Clinton's announcement on Friday that she's so committed to serving out her term as New York's Senator that she'd turn down a presidential draft.

Don't believe it for a minute, says the old Arkansas hand, who helped get Bill Clinton elected and reelected to five terms as governor and was rewarded with a high-level appointment to the Arkansas Development and Finance Authority for his trouble.

"She's waiting, biding her time, and then she's going to be drafted into the race," Nichol's told NewsMax on Tuesday.

"She's using a trick we used with Bill a million times," said the one-time Clinton insider. "We always had him 'drafted,'" Nichols said, explaining that they'd use rigged polls to make it seem like Bill was the only one who could do the job."

So now we have the path pretty well established, both in conjecture and in history.

Think she couldn't pull this off? Think again. Think of the advantages our Alpha Female is seeing. She won't need a lot of things all the other candidates needed. -- she won't have to debate Bush, since there's no time.

In any event, the Democrats are so desperate about beating President Bush that they don't really give a crap about things like issues and facts, now, if they ever did. And finally, she won't need a lot of money to campaign, since the press will do it all for her.

Look for her to come up at the last minute, possibly as late as late August. The only exception I can see to this is if for some reason she sees that even with all the advantages, that she can't win against President Bush.

And then there's the question about who would be her VP. The answer is the most obvious one, considering Hitlery is the only reason he exists in the current race... Weasely Clark. Clark, let's face it, has no chance on his own. He's a latecomer. He has no organization whatever, and lacks any serious funding. What he does have is the support of Bill and Hillary Clinton. And he'll buy into this idea because his being VP is the only way he's ever going to enter the White House again, other than as a butler.

How can such a thing happen so late? A write-in campaign. Else, the DNC declares the race hers by acclimation. Either way, neatly bypasses all the normal legal processes.

And bypassing legalities, as you may recall is something the Clintons have made something of a habit of.

Look for this all to start developing before high summer. Now if she can avoid playing "Captain Jack" at the rally...

According to my Mom KABC stated that she will announce by December 1, 2003
