<span style='color:navy'>Welcome to the last day of September! It's always good to see everyone here in the mornings. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sunflower.gif The http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/f_coffee.gif hot and so are the politics.

The Democrats have blown so much smoke lately that I could hardly see to find the forum. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/shake.gif What a lot of orchestrated fuss about very little, if not nothing. As I understand it now, the female "CIA agent" wasn't an agent working under cover but simply an "analyst" whose name was already pretty well known. Her husband is quickly turning into a liar by his own admissions. Yet, will the truth matter or only the smears?
The http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/jacka.gif are fighting to have a special prosecutor appointed. Yes, these are the same http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/jacka.gif who fought so hard to do away with the special prosecutor law and succeeded. Guess they shot themselves in the foot or some portion of their anatomy again. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tqrolleyes.gif

The California GOP has finally officially endorsed Arnold for governor. Guess it took them awhile to get up their nerve. The latest Gallup poll says that either Arnold or McClintock would be the likely winner if the other dropped out. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/doh.gif

It's almost as interesting to see what happens to Proposition 54 one week from tomorrow in the California election. Have you followed this one? If it passes the state will be barred from collecting information about race, ethnicity and national origin. How do you feel about it? Inquiring minds want to know. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif

Yesterday the president signed the Do Not Call bill. Apparently this disposes of the concerns of the Oklahoma judge who said the FTC didn't have authority to do this but not the concerns of the Colorado judge who said it violates freedom of speech. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif

Morning all! *

Can't sleep, so I'm up posting some pics of ANSWER from their website, here's one I think you'll find interesting:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/media....sap.jpg (http://news.bbc.co.uk/media/images/39433000/jpg/_39433849_picgallbom bersap.jpg)

Demonstrators hold signs during an organized protest in New York, September 28, 2003. An estimated 1,000 people gathered in New York, protesting about various global issues including the war on Iraq

Sorry, I'm just poking fun at some of these idiots. *The above pic is really from Hamas in Israel. *But in looking at pics and reading slogans, it seems ANSWER and these terrorist groups have alot in common. *Anyway, it's late (or early) so excuse my dry sense of humor. *

I think the whole Wilson/White House deal is going to disappear quickly, just as the Niger story did. *of course, the media will milk it for all it's worth. *Note yesterday, none of the news stories covered the fact that Wilson already admitted LYING about Karl Rove being involved. *He admits he made it up.

Wilson: I Made Up Rove Leak Allegation (http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2003/9/29/143328.shtml)

Besides, Novak already stated NO one at the White House leaked anything. *he compiled his story from different interviews, and that Wilson's wife is NOT an undercover op, but an analyst. *These 2 have an agenda, period. *Wilson did not even come forward about his trip to Niger and his supposed findings until HE spilled his guts to the press. *Sick politics, aimed at influencing the minds of voters.

Alright, back to making fun of ANSWER. *if you want to see more of my work, click here:

Speaking of Dems and their "equivocating" and "waffling" when it serves their own purpose ~ did anyone see BOR interview Gephardt last night? A real BARF alert if there ever was one. I'll have to admit, it takes real talent to run your mouth at warp speed and never say anything. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/troll.gif

As for Prop 54 ~ if it passes it couldn't happen to a more deserving state, I hope it backs up on them big time. They are always on the back side of sanity on every issue. Since they don't seem to be at all concerned about the "illegals" in their state why bother identifying them. Now if we could only do what Israel is doing and build a huge wall around California so their stupidity can't spread. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/fire.gif

You won't believe this, but yesterday afternoon I was watching them discuss the Prez. signing the DNC bill re: telemarketers, when the phone rang. Guess what! Yep ~ you guessed it ~ a telemarketer. A really pleasant guy, and this time I let him rattle off his spiel. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin2.gif Then I said I really wasn't interested in what he was selling ~ and he started again. So I said ~ "sweetie, are you watching TV ~ you have two minutes left and then you are toast." He knew exactly to what I was referring and laughed. He thanked me and said "have a good evening." I almost felt sorry for him. NOT! http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrinangelA.gif

Sure hope Laura took plenty of those handy little sanitary hand wipes with her when she went to France. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif

This whole thing about Wilson is nothing more than a "stink bomb" that the libs/Dems are so good at hurling. They know they don't have to have credible facts to back up their insane accusations. Just fling the smut out there and let the sycophants to their thing. It works every time. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/teeth2.gif

jonessa ~ here's a http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/grouphug.gif to perk you up. You need to come and meet with us in DC next month. That would really perk you up. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

Leno had a funny last night ~ he said they need to put Grayout in charge of al-quaeda funding. He could bankrupt them in a week and solve the whole problem. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mdr11.gif

hiya folks!
Had a great evening yesterday. Hubs had to ring the doorbell, because he couldn't open the front door....because his arms were full of flowers! A huge bunch of Roses, and some really pretty pink potted plant. I had to laugh at that one, as I am death to plant life, but he knows that I love having them....wish me luck!!!! I still can't believe that he made some specialist drive him around to the florist and somewhere else to get the potted plant, and out to get chinnese take out for dinner...I'm sure everyone in his unit will be happy when we get a new car...and since tomorrow is the 1st, that means we might already have been paid, and if not, it will be here tomorrow....AND the finance dept finally decided to include the back pay hubs is owed (it always amazes me how quickly they notice if they overpay, and how quickly they fix it, by taking it out of the next pay check, BUT if they owe you $, it takes months for them to notice, or for them to acknowledge it if you point it out to them, and then more months for them to actually pay you)....SO.....tomor row (or this evening, depending on if we have been paid or not)...we are getting a new vroom vroom!!!!! YIPPIEE!!!!

He absolutely LOVED his gift...OMG...he was so impressed with the scrap books. He wanted to take them to work with him to show off, but I didn't let him. ;) I've seen what happens when I send him to work with brownies in tupperware! ;)

I'll post some of the articles momentarily.

Have a great day folks!

Good Morning All: Looks like another Translator from Gitmo has been arrested at Boston's Logan Airport. He is an Egyptian, civilian translator. I'm beginning to believe you can't trust any of the muslims.

Wilson was appointed as an ambassador by Clinton - that should tell everything including his ability to lie. He had a good teacher.

Laugh of yesterday was when a Fox Host was interviewing a CA dimocrat - He was saying its untrue about all the people leaving CA - he said they were coming to CA in droves - the host replied, yes, illegals from Mexico. He looked like he had been hit in the face with a cold, wet fish.

I almost agree with the judge on the telemarketers - I don't think there should be any exemptions. Our state Attorney General has repeatedly said not to donate to anyone calling you - most are not legitimate. If you are a friend, family, or legit business that I have contacted, you can call me. Other than that leave my phone alone. Since I spend a goodly amount of time on the computer and have CallWave, I see calls coming in and no number listed, drum roll - no message.

Charie, don't make to much of the Packers win last night - they were playing the Bears.

Zoweee, it was 46 degrees when I got up this morning and did it feel good. We will be in the lower 70s for our daily high and its supposed to be back into the 80s by this weekend. Gotta run an errand, so I'll see you later.

Good morning all.

Quote[/b] ]Guess they shot themselves in the foot or some portion of their anatomy again.

How kind you are to at least SAY foot first.

Quote[/b] ] Laura Bush is visiting Le Worm

I was a little disappointed that Laura didn’t wipe her hand on camera. I’d love to see that guy try to kiss Terri’s hand. Or maybe RIM could put the back of her hand to his lips for us. I would do it but my mother was very strict about tormenting insects and girly boys.

This Wilson story is a good example of the bias of CSPAN. He was on all day and we will see all of him on there that they can get. He did back down from accusing Rove but still said that Rove would have let it happen if he had known.

Quote[/b] ]"I think I was probably carried away by the spirit of the moment."

Isn’t that the liberal way? Throw the dirt and then if it doesn’t stick say you be wrong.

Quote[/b] ]Wilson did not even come forward about his trip to Niger

Any information that he had should have been classified or at least sensitive information for our government’s eyes only.

I agree Flowerpower, Wes is a wonder. Which makes him a natural dem, even if the liberals pretend he is a moderate. When he was sucking up to Bush and the Bush team he was a dog on the outside of the pack. Now the Clinton gang has taken him into their unholy coven and will use him for their evil purposes.

RIM, I can sympathize with you on the rain thing. We had a couple of years that it rain all of the time. I was still out in the oil field and had to buy a 4X4 to get back and forth to the rigs.

Quote[/b] ]I'll have to admit, it takes real talent to run your mouth at warp speed and never say anything.

What the dems say is a lot of trash or a more of nothing.

Quote[/b] ] I almost felt sorry for him.

That very thing was the subject of an interview that I saw yesterday. What will these people do now?

I guess you know RIM that if you choose to be on the no call list you are turned over to the personal contact list. Four or five people a day will be knocking on your door to get a foot inside.

GOOD MORNING TO ALL MY CONSERVATIVE FRIENDS!!

Quote[/b] ]But he told ABC's "Good Morning America" on Monday that he got "carried away" and made up the Rove allegation out of thin air.

"In one speech I gave out in Seattle not too long ago, I mentioned the name Karl Rove," Wilson told GMA. "I think I was probably carried away by the spirit of the moment."

Wilson then confessed, "I don't have any knowledge that Karl Rove himself was either the leaker or the authorizer of the leak."

There need to be serious consequences for fabricating this story. I'm tired of liberals and the liberal media distorting the facts and flat out lying. I agree Der Alta, that the do not call list should include charities at least. Too many scams out there and although there are warnings about them, a lot of people, especially older one are easily taken in.

I am getting so tired of the dumbocrats smear of everything that comes up. I can't believe Americans aren't furious at the hate that is pouring out of their mouths. This is our country, damn it, and Bush is our president, like it or not, and by their acts, they are saying to our enemies "we agree with you, our country{represented by our prez} is wrong and you are right..In other words, if I'm elected, we'll go back to kissong your behind,. What a disgrace they are for our troops and our country.

You are a busy bunch this morning. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

There is a lot of info posted in Current Events on the Democrat's effort to make a molehill into a mountain. Check it out! *There's also a very good National Review Oped posted in Political Opeds.

Charie, demographic information is collected by all state schools, state agencies, nearly every place under the sun. Quote[/b] ]Claire, it would seem that people are listening to the Dems. I guess they never learn.

Watching NBC news the other day reminded me just how good the liberal press has become at subliminal techniques. It is a science that the left has refined to an art. If you have ever been accused of a crime and interviewed by the police you know how they use these techniques to confuse your mind. The liberal press uses the same methods to slowly plant ideas in the mind of the unwary.

I think the FBI or the NSA should be looking at the liberal press and exposing them. And it wouldn’t hurt for us to be using the same methods on Iraqi TV ourselves.

Comedy. After watching the news or the "humor" of network Prime Time http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/banghead.gif, I need something that actually brings a chuckle. I try not to miss "The Daily Show" with John Stewart. We got rid of the HBO, Showtime and "specialty" channels - and I try not to watch the idiot box anyway.

Sorry guys, I'm Sports-ignorant. All your http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/football.gif talk goes right past me. Wait... lemme give this a shot... The AZ Cardinals will KICK YOUR BUTTS!

There. How was that? I hear out here that if that actually happens, we should expect locusts, the sun turning black, and water turning to blood shortly thereafter. I'm all about standing behind my teams - I'm a Bears boy from way back.. but I can't find anyone to support the Cardinals.

I'll stick to my Diamondbacks and the Coyotes. Like everyone else. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif And I know better to say anything negative around Packers Fans. Boy, I've never seen a conniption fit like that of when you offend a Green Bay fan by dousing their team with insults.

If you insult the Cardinals, you'll likely be offered a beer and some chips. Maybe sex. It's kinda sucky to live in a city where the team is so awful, the reputation is omniscently known. And I mean everyone knows the Cardinals stink.

Quote[/b] ]RIGHT NOW WITH WHAT IS COMING OUT I DON'T THINK WE SHOULD BE TRUSTING ANY MUSLIMS. *THERE IS JUST TOO MUCH CONFLICT OF INTEREST BETWEEN THEIR RELIGIOUS AND PATRIOTIC PRIORITIES.

The counter argument is that there are those who don't follow the radical sects of Islam that we're fighting. The counter-counter argument is, how are you gonna tell which sect they're following?

A funny thing happened at school today. I noticed a "register to vote" table was set up, and a young guy was sitting behind it. Since I'm interested in politics :P I figured I would find out who was running the table. I approached the guy, who was wearing "grunge" clothes, had two lip rings, a nose ring, multiple earrings, two dots tattooed above each eyebrow, and several other tattos on his arms. I asked if he knew who was running the table, and he said he was. Surprised, I asked him which organization was sponsoring it. He said, "Student government. We had it set up yesterday, too." I have seen the leadership of the future. http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/yikes.gif

I once knew a guy who spent years over in Iran in the Air Force as a liaison for the deep woods Iranians. He said that those people believed that the lie was a primary tool of negations. They thought that only a fool would tell anyone the truth about anything. They also thought that water was pure after it ran one hundred feet. So if your neighbor’s sewage is flowing into the river 101 feet up river it is safe to drink the water. Your belly ache is from something else.

Good Evening All: About all I have heard on the news today is about the Ambassador's wifes name being given by someone in the WH and that older women are going for younger men. They are even quoting the latest edition of the AARP magazine as a source and I have read the article. Hi everyone. Been so busy I haven't had much time to post or do much of anything else for that matter. Looks like I'll probably only get in here once or twice a week for awhile.

LAW - I may be late but I wanted to wish you a belated Happy Anniversary. Sounds like it was a good one. I see that you posted some articles on the WW wars. I will try to make some time to read them. History is an interest for me during those periods as I lost several uncles on my dad's side in both wars.

I'm a bit under the weather and the sinus thing is getting me pretty bad again so I'm kinda fuzzy. Jonessa, hope you're feeling better. There seems to be something in the air of late that is making people sick. Whatever it is, it surely must have been started and spread by liberals. There's simply no other explanation.

JonA, I tried to get through the blood of heroes link that you posted and I couldn't. I had to shut it off when they started showing close ups of the people jumping from the towers. I just can't stomach it. It is a very powerful message that the Bush haters and all the far left idiots need to be reminded of. They should all be forced to sit in confined quarters and watch those clips over and over again to bring home the message of why we are doing what we're doing in the ME. Of course it will just bounce of their little rubber heads.

Well, gang, since I haven't been feeling well and I have neglected my house, do you think I can borrow Bridgette for a day or two?

Just wanted to say hello. Time to get my boy into the tub and settle in for the night. Think I'll make some popcorn and put in a short movie. One of his will do. See you when.

Oh man, I am beat!! *Even The Hub is half http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/dead.gif *We worked over there for about 7 hours and that's subtracting the time off for a meal. *I gotta tell you, Bridget has not been over to the son's apartment! *I don't believe he cleaned anything except the stove and dishes since he moved in 3 years ago. *This is not the world's best apartment (actually upper flat) as it contains a bathroom with a clawfoot tub that's too long for the room, so a slot was cut in the wall so the lip of the tub could fit right though it. *It has led to some nasty plaster chunks and mold. * *Why you wouldn't just buy a different used tub that would be shorter, I don't know *http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif *He's only been paying $250 per month for it so that gives you some idea of what it's like. *There are well kept homes all around it and I bet they hate seeing that rather rundown house that never gets any money spent on it sitting there.

I figured we could give it a good cleaning because it's owned by an elderly woman who can't even climb the stairs. *It was dirty when the son moved in and I helped him with some cleaning then but I pretty much just ignored a lot of it. * *This time it was full speed ahead and the devil take the hindmost. *The bathroom was the worst, but by the time we were done it actually looked as though human beings could possibly live there. Still can't get over that weird bathtub. *

Whether The Hub or I, either or both, can even get out of beds tomorrow will be a great test of endurance and triumph over pain and agony.

The prez will be in Milwaukee, I think tomorrow and we were all asked to attend. I won't be going although I'd love to but no one is offering to take a van down or any such thing and I refuse to drive in Milwaukee. I just literally hate it! Jonessa, are you going? You have to have a ticket to get in, so if you want to, get a ticket from your local party. I never even thought, are you a member?

Evening, err, morning everyone!

Angelus, hope you get to feeling better.

J44, you're right...Daniel Pipes is AWESOME...I've been reading him for quite while and have had his page bookmarked in my favorites. Cool pics of the welcome home party. The tribute page "Blood of Heroes" is incredible, thanks for sharing it. Its so strong and emotional, especially the parts where it shows all those people suffering from the heat of the inferno below them and it reads "this is someone's family." Its all you can do to keep from crying when you see this. Images like these do remind us why it is sooo important to support Republican initiatives like enforcing immigration regulations and fighting the war on terror.

Time for me to get some sleep.

God Bless, talk to y'all soon.
