Many people actually wonder why there is a recession and unemployment in the USA. The anwer is quite simple. Production is down. Why is that? Many American jobs were sent overseas to save money on labor with Big Business forgetting to purchase cheap products, the consumer has to have a job and money. Labor expense went up in America. This is because of the Seat Belt Law. The police claim it takes 2 seconds to buckle up.
That could be true if the seat belt was handy and you grabbed the right strap then it would take, 2 seconds to unbuckle if the seat belt went into its reel holder. To be fair, a 6 second time would be more honest.
There are an estimated 250, 851, 833 registered passenger vewhicles in America with a substantial amount used for going to and from work and to make deliveries, 6 seconds time 250,851,833=s 418,086.37 hours or 17,420.265 days at 8 hours a day working time =s 32,260.795 working days or a loss of 6 yuears working time. Please check my figures, I could be wrong.I am not counting 10 million semi trucks that make deliveries losing 60 million seconds or more in delivery time. This is counting a use of seat belts once per day.
