NEWARK, N.J. (AP) -- With federal authorities stepping up immigration enforcement raids across the country, Sens. Edward Kennedy of Massachusetts and Robert Menendez of New Jersey are sponsoring a bill to protect the rights of U.S. citizens and legal residents who get caught up in them.
The Protect Citizens and Residents from Unlawful Raids and Detention Act was introduced on Sept. 25 to push for more stringent legal procedures to be followed by authorities executing immigration-related searches and warrants.
Immigration officials have conducted a series of high-profile workplace raids across the country in recent months, including one earlier this week at a poultry processing plant in Greenville, S.C.

Here's the bottom line----ICE follows and abides by the LAW----illegal aliens do NOT. If you are in this country legally than you have nothing to worry about---if you are in this country illegally you should worry. If it were up to the Liberal Dems they would want ICE to send a memo to the owner of every suspected company announcing the date and time they will conduct the raid-----PLEASE!!!!
We support ICE and appreciate their hard work.

"The two Democratic lawmakers argue that the raids are often conducted in a sweeping fashion that nets lawful residents and American citizens who happen to be working alongside undocumented immigrants." I'm so distressed that someone, legally of this nation, might need to be temporarily interrupted, after knowingly working alongside someone here legally. I know that I might catch hell for that, knowingly' remark, but I stand by it. Having, myself, been in a position to observe similar work place conditions, these people rejoice in the fact they're getting away with what they're doing, or they ignore it. Both employers, and employees alike. That is, until my efforts came back to haunt them. The same way I haunt Sen. Kennedy with the fact he was of the revised immigration policy inacted in the early '60's, and his constant denial to revisit the issue. Instead we see all this patchwork bologna, to protect America, Americans, with the liberal theory, "If we can't dazzle 'em with our brilliance, baffle 'em with our bulls--t."
The Constitutional Rights of legal Americans comes with the fact, you are a part of insuring the abilities of those rights for all. Our Constitutional Rights never guaranteed a free ride, or a temporary interruption of liberties, but a Right, insuring access of those Rights, equally, for all Americans. With all the interruptions in life, that are sure to occur, nothing of the Constitution says you have a right not to be interrupted. Instead its founding documents, and written text, guarantees, promotes, Americans to act of the interruption for American good. Something Kennedy, Menendez, the socialist left, act to interrupt, and destroy, for the good of a left, despotic, FACTION!
