There is no age-old Palestinian people. Most so-called Palestinians are relative newcomers to the Land of Israel

Like a mantra, Arabs repeatedly claim that the Palestinians are a native people. The concept of a ‘Stateless Palestinian people’ is not based on fact. It is a fabrication.

Palestinian Arabs cast themselves as a native people in “Palestine” – like the Aborigines in Australia or Native Americans in America. They portray the Jews as European imperialists and colonizers. This is simply untrue.

The name "Palestine" is a fabrication by the Romans, after putting down rebellious Jews in the First and Second Century.
When the Romans conquered a region, they were happy to let you live peaceably in your land and practice your religion as long as you behaved, but rebellious provinces were brutally trounced, and the Romans would try to erase the name and the people from that province.
When the Jews rebelled, the Romans slaughtered many, sold most of the rest on the slave market, and just to add insult to injury, renamed the region "Palestine" for Israel's ancient enemy the Philistines.
There are no Philistines, they went extinct long ago. The people who call themselves "Palestinians" are Arabs, just like all other Arabs in the region. Another example of man's inhumanity to man, is that these people are left in miserable "camps" for decade after decade, the billions of $$ and other aid that is sent to them is used for weapons and to fatten the bank accounts of their leaders, and their fellow Arabs will not allow them to be resettled in Arab countries and provided with jobs etc., so they can be used as a political weapon.
It's bad old Israel's and US's fault that these people have been suffering in these wretched "camps" for 60 years, right? [/sarcasm off]

Everything you’ve said, Susie, is correct, but let me add to it. “To behave” in the Roman pagan mind meant showing “respect” to the Emperor: add his statue to the pantheon of your gods. For other pagans, that was easy, hence, they had no problem in the peaceful religious co-existence with another “living god”. Just imagine, a mandatory Karl Marx statue in your mono-theistic church and what will be your attitude towards the “tolerant rulers”? Let’s admit, however, Romans re-named Judea and Samaria as a measure to break the Jews’ will, long before they decided to eliminate the rebellious nation. There were several very dangerous rebellions that no other Province was famous for at those times, before Romans came to their "ultimate solution".

The problem is: for Christians, at least for Eastern Orthodox ones (especially Russians who officially call themselves “Rightly carol-singing” – [Pravoslavnye]) the words “Palestine” and “Christ” are inseparable. They created the “Russian Palestinian Society”, and the nobility cream headed by Tsar himself were the active members, having scores of large properties on the Holly land. When the KGB , more correctly, its earlier Stalin’s incarnation MGB, realized the importance of the region for the US, they remembered about those religious places and concepts rejected and/or neglected for decades. And they devised the plan Western powers follow nowadays!

Again, I agree with that, with some elaboration. Arabs, as an ethnicity, never called themselves ”Palestinians”. All residents of the British Mandate Palestine: Arabs, Jews, Bedouins, Druses, Greeks, Armenians, Hazareans, Circassian, etc. had their the word “Palestinian” in their passports. So, that was and is just a geographic term. And the Muslim majority never even considered any connection with the Christianity-related toponym. Well, until they were instructed by the Israel-bashers from KGB. This is very simple linguistic bomb. Nobody can possess America other than Americans. Nobody owns Britain except for Britons. Consequently, if Palestinian=Arab, then there is no place for a Jewish “entity” (which is geographically a part of Palestine) at all. I remember the stages of that bomb development: first “Pravda” introduced the “Arab People of Palestine”, then steadily it transformed into the “Palestinian People”. The coward Europe caved in to the Arab Boycott of the 70th. Secret agreements “Eurabia” presumed that even mentioning about the ancient Jewish states had to be erased from textbooks and the “Palestinian history” be aired (e.g., BBC even in an overall very good documentary about Egyptian Pharaohs blathered about “Palestinians”) .

What did State Dept do? Well, the morons, ignoramuses and Demunists have been so influential among the Foreign policy makers that the US followed the suit, recognizing unrepentant terrorists from PLO as "statesmen", making Israel compromise on its security issues and yes, surpassing KGB in the implementing its plan. The “Palestianans” nonsense occupied the Western media way before it populated the Russian press! Moreover, the “Palestinian state” insanity (I mean the unrealistic pro-PLO approach) while abandoned by the Russian leadership (starting at the end of the 80th) was embraced by the Western establishments. KGB won after its death!

Yeah, the same way the poverty and ignorance among the black community serves as an election asset to Demunists in this country – Islamo-Nazis need their tribesmen to be susceptible to brainwashing. That is why more money is spent by the “Arab brothers” to turn “Palestinians” into angry beasts than to help them settle in the “brothers” countries.
