June 10 — Will Madonna fall into the Gap? Lest it be said that the cutting-edge fashionista is no longer a force in the world of clothes, Madonna is close to signing a deal to do television commercials for the Gap, her spokeswoman tells The Scoop.

Seems the clothing store The Gap is in talks with the anti-American entertainer Madonna. This is not acceptable. Please contact The Gap and inform them of your feelings about this. It's time for Madonna to stay in England since she loves that country and seems to despise America.

My Letter:
Dear Gap:
It has come to our organization's attention that you intend to employ the anti-American entertainer Madonna as your company's pitchwoman for upcoming commercials. Needless to say, we feel that this is a bad business decision on your part and will likely lead to a drop in sales.
We find this person particularly distasteful as she has expressed her anti-American feelings on several occasions. Just recently she thanked FRANCE for it's opposition to America in the UN over Operation Iraqi Freedom! Her anti-war video during this time of crisis featuring President Bush catching a grenade she tosses at him was also offensive to many Americans.
Please reconsider your choice of Madonna as a spokesperson. If you do use her for commercials, we will have no choice but to stop shopping at your establishments. My wife and daughter currently enjoy shopping at your stores. However, that will cease if we see a partnership with Madonna take place.
Best Regards,
Jon Alvarez

It's very important that we let the Gap know we don't wish to see this hag on our tv screens!!
