Snow: Military levels in Baghdad too low

WASHINGTON (UPI) -- White House spokesman Tony Snow said Wednesday it is clear there needs to be a greater military presence in Baghdad.

During a regular White House briefing, Snow told reporters current troop levels in Baghdad are "insufficient" to quell the violence.

Okay, now I am confused. I've been hearing all along that the troop levels are fine and now we hear that we don't have enough to quell the violence in Baghdad. Which is it? Just right or not enough? I know Baghdad has been a problem for a long time, but is it worse lately? We need the truth with no hype.
