Desperate Cindy Sheehan Protests Karl Rove
NewsMax
Chanting "Try Rove for treason," Cindy Sheehan and more than 50 other war protesters ambushed a reception before President Bush's top adviser Karl Rove spoke at a fundraiser Saturday.
One woman was arrested during a scuffle with police after Sheehan and the anti-war demonstrators rushed toward the closed doors and kept chanting loudly after the guests went into the dinner.
Rove was speaking to the Associated Republicans of Texas, and ticket prices started at $200. He was not in the Renaissance Hotel lobby during the reception.

*As yes Cindy, it's nice to see you and your fellow fruitcakes protesting that arch-criminal Karl Rove. Who's next, the memories of the defenders of the Alamo? A word of advice Cindy. You're in Texas. They have a motto. "Don't mess with Texas." You might want to find a more receptive atmosphere in which to play your pathetic little games. And don't waste any more energy trying to "get" Karl Rove. The Democrats went after him with everything they had and it blew up in their faces. Go do something useful, like :flush:

OK, QJ. You beat me to it. I posted this article right after you so I'll give you pride of post. :laff:
I just copied and pasted my own post:
******************** **********
Who are these people that they can afford to hang around protesting anything and everything they don't approve of? They must all be independently wealthy. I don't know of anyone except some retired people who could take the time off from work to be all over the world. And then most of them couldn't afford all the air fare.

They must all be independently wealthy.
Or maybe they're financed from the DNC slush fund? Thanks C., but bump my stuff anytime. I don't care who posts it, just so we get it out.

the Cindy Sheehan diet book
Speaking of which....why isn't she dead yet? Wasn't she going on a hunger strike with Dick Gregory months ago?
Sorry, but I have trouble keeping up with the insane in America, it's enough for me to keep up with the foreign ones...

QJ, the woman, and I use the term very loosely, is a certifiable nut case.

I thought they were chanting "Buy a Rav4 this Season"
I went a bought a Toyota SUV. I feel stupid now!

No, and (this is actually true!) the whole concept of a "Democrat hunger strike" was more of a "rotating hunger strike", where you'd fast for 8 hours a day in protest.
Which is funny. I do that every day. From like 9pm to 6am - when I sleep. So actually, I do a 9-hour Democratic hunger strike without even knowing it.
Ghandi would be ashamed.

Yup, and they called it," Pass the Fast," but I DO have a question on this....it was caught up by Hollywood...so....ho w do they pass the fast around? Alphabetically, A list, then B list and so on or by who had the highest grossing movie of the season or who won the Academy award...HOW? Do each have someone fast for them if they are out shooting a scene? WHAT?

Any diet devised by democrats or liberals is a "half fast".

As hard as it is to listen to this bimbette, I'm glad I did. Sheehan says that "not all soldiers are war criminals." It implies that most are. She goes on to explain that her son wasn't one of the soldiers that killed civilians because he never had a chance. He died too soon after he got there.
I hate that she dishonors her son and that she dishonors all for which he died. It's just so sad!

*Come on, don't rub it in. I tried that and just flat blew it. The midnight snacks? Sigh. :cake:

Poor Cindy, she isn't getting the air time she used to so she has to resort to being more and more ridiculous each time she wants to be on the news. She's now gone so far she's finally 'around the bend'. ;)

It really bothers me that there are so many people whose brains are so out of focus they believe and talk this trash!
And the Berkeley Bush Bashers should all be locked up for their own and the public's safety. They're foul-mouthed twits who can't find anything better to do than attend this "forums" and attend that "demonstration" and hold die-ins :barf: ins and sit-ins and lay-ins and naked bicycle-ins and the good Lord knows what else.
I still want to know whose footing the bill for all these slackers to be able to do this without having to work at an actual job.
Is George Soros helping? I'm sure the Communist Party raises funds. Do unions donate money to them? Do big corporations donate money to them? I just have a terrible suspicion that big corporations do this very thing that if their agenda ever came to fruition, would topple their corporations. Sick

I'm sure the Communist party raises funds.
Of course they do. They went and took over the Democratic Party, for crying out loud!
The American Communist Party (CPUSA) might have officially disbanded in the early 1990s, but its members never stopped believing in the "Peoples' Dream" any more than Stalin, Mao, Kim or Castro would have. So seeking a home, they went and found one in the ranks of the Democratic Party.
Now after having ascended to positions of leadership within the DNC, they have the reins in hand. Thanks to them and many others, the Democratic Party has been corrupted beyond all redemption and turned down a path it was never meant to walk.
And what is the ultimate aim of these usurpers?
Revenge for the death of the Soviet Union. By bringing about that political entity's downfall and breakup, the rest of us have killed their "god." Now, the only reason that the surviving American Communists haven't done the rest of the world a favor by killing themselves is to fulfill the Soviet Union's revenge from beyond the grave... and they're using the Democrats to do it.
Hey, you all know what Communists are... the worst spoilsports in history. Either they get THEIR way or they see to it that everybody else's life gets ruined. It has ALWAYS been their way.
But I digress. Cindy Sheehan is just one tragic example of what happens when political collectivists gain control of a major political party in a representative democratic society. It's bad enough that we're locked in a war to the knife against a phantom army of murderous fanatics who hide among civilians, wear no uniforms, and aren't the least bit concerned about how many of their own are lost. It's bad enough that our southern neighbors have chosen to use our country as a dumping ground for their poor and unemployed rather than set their own country's economic house in order. It's bad enough that certain people from that country are using immigration as a vehicle to attempt to settle a 150-year-old grudge and reclaim territory they lost in the distant past, territory that has been under the American flag for more than five generations.
Mrs. Sheehan, we already have more than enough on our plate with these threats to our country's existence. Don't force us to take up arms against you and your friends as well... we're already in a very bad mood.
